My first time ordering from this location and the absolute last! The pizza taste like frozen pizza at best. Thin crust has NO crisp it's doughy. The pizza is warm the fries cold and no cheese or crushed peppers was sent. I'm underwhelmed and am just ordering Uber eats at this point. The Palos Heights Aurelios is the worst one. I've been eating Aurelios for three decades and even worked at one as a teenager, and this is not it. The pizza does not have that Aurelios signature. It's consistently under cooked and gooey. Just gross. Go to another location.

Pizza was dry, overcooked, and had bubbles in the cheese. My niece and nephew said the Aurelios they go to doesn't look or taste this way. I had Aurelio's from another location and it was stellar. Now I know what my niece and nephew experienced. Each location should produce the same quality food because they are charging the same prices.

Don't call 30 mins before they close they won't take an order and will hang up on you...maybe they should change there hours so us normal people who work a shift will understand when it's quiting
