I ordered a latte. What I got was a cup of steamed milk and caramel. This has happened 3 times in a row...Instructions to make a latte (because obviously the manager doesn't want to teach their employees)Step 1: Using a steaming pitcher, fill with milk. For a medium, press the following buttons: "Milk<A<Large"Step 2: fill a medium hot cup with 3 pumps of caramel.Step 3: Press "Medium espresso" on the espresso machine and put the milk to steam under "Latte Steam" setting.Step 4: Fill the hot cup & caramel with the medium espresso and stir.Step 5; fill the the cup with the steamed milk.Additional instructions can be found on "The Center. " I highly advise the manager to get printed job aids and have them available by the espresso machine like they are required to. I also recommend that the manager have employees watch the "Espresso Overview" course on "The Center." It takes 5 minutes and can be done on the job. If the manager did this, I'm sure he'd have more sales and would hit his bonus. I'm sure GSS scores would also be better with a bit more employee training.

I haven’t been to this location in awhile. I always had great interactions until today. I ordered and the lady repeated my order she handed me my bag so I drove off. Then I realized they forgot my mini bagels for my daughter so pulled up to the front and told my daughter to stay in the car while I grab it real quick. As I went inside they looked at me like I was stupid when I told them they forgot my mini bagels. The lady then proceeds that they didn’t charge me… She didn’t even apologize and was about to ring me out so I had to back into my car grab my wallet and then told my daughter to come in with me since I didn’t want her to be in the car alone.I cannot believe in the customer service I received today. I will never be returning to this location again. For the future since they made a mistake they should have apologized and handed me the damm bagels instead of making me do all of that work. Never again!!!!

Place is great, the staff is great my food is always well done & even when theyre stuck with a lot of orders considering they have orders coming through the drive thru, inside the store and online they manage to get it done even if it’s a wait . I read the reviews and some people clearly don’t know how to check their orders before they leave anywhere or just don’t have any common sense..that their order isn’t the only one in the world . They’re just people some of the age of your kids and or training imagine someone being absolute rude over food and the staff is trying to manage teaching , preparing and taking care of orders while trying to mantain everything running smoothly .a lot of you say “the order is not that hard” being patient and kind isn’t either.., some of you need to lay off the coffee and get something stronger the coffee clearly doesn’t cover misery.
