I always get ice that comes with a drink! It used to be a decent dunkin now they got new staff that don't know english so you have to repeat your order again and again and again until you wanna shoot yourself in the head.

Was very disappointed normally go there for everything today I went to get an ice cream cone and I was overcharged one for the ice cream and then for the cone either wait over 10 minutes for the staff even notice me as they were all playing on their cell phone it was very sad and disruptive and I did not want to just walk away and not pay for food because I feel that’s rude. Staff needs to be better trained and there needs to be Communication

Wrong information on Google about time says that they open till 10pm and the truth is that they open to 9.45 that's what I been told by people who work there, so don't spend 20 min driving to get coffee if you can't get there before 9.45 pm.

Just ordered an xl Coffee with extra cream and sugar. they gave me it to me black and I drove out without checkin. shame on me for assuming they could do their job. it's as if they chose to give me the exact opposite of what I ordered.

I worked here 5 days...the refrigerators don't work.. the food is cold stored at room temperature overnight. There was no creamer on 3 days they used milk for every coffee and thought that was okay. They mixed milk with cream to save money on cream. s the wait is too long the atmosphere is workers yelling in various languages at each other. The food guy does not wear gloves when prepping food for order?? Huh? Ants all by the ice cream area though not too many considering.....thats the only bright spot the Ants...not too bad in my opinion considering how they clean which is not. If anyone questions this review ask to go into the non working walk in fridge.....and ask how do u store milk food and cream in here??
