{AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE}We went there Sunday for my Father-in-Law's 68th Birthday with 7 People and sat at a table in the back after we were told to seat ourselves. As soon as we sat down the old lady waitress stormed out of the back aggressively approached our table and yelled at us in the middle of the dining room that those tables were reserved (there were not reserved signs at all on the tables) causing a scene and being horribly rude. We had children with us and she continued to scream and be rude. My wife asked her to stop screaming because the entire restaurant was now staring at us and she screamed WHO'S SCREAMING! If fact she was Soo rude that we decided to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN‼️ Joe's Italian Villa is not worth your business. Support businesses that respect their patrons and customers. 2 Thumbs Down‼️

I really love this place! The everything is old fashioned Italian. Pizza was delicious! What really blew me away was the meatballs and gravy. I thought I was at my mom's house again. I cannot wait to come back!
JOE'S-A TRUE MOM+POP RESTAURANT! I am a purist when it comes to pizza. Cracker thin crust w/ mild homemade sauce + Italian sausage, top it w/ith a generous heap of mozzarella cheese, then cook it well done in an old school pizza oven. Walla - I present to you the most delicious thin crust pizza you will ever taste. Joe's Villa offers other fare but their pizza is my go to. And a large 14" pizza is under $20. A fairly new bookmark and a little out of my way, but I made the hour trek to check them out. I went on a Thursday night before closing and dined in. The front of the house staff was nice and polite and advised us to sit wherever. Once seated, we got an older lady for our waitress, who was tolerable. She didn't wow us, didn't upset us either. She was cordial. We ordered a medium sausage extra sauce well done and an order of fried zucchini. The zucchini was good, breading was a little thick, but it was fresh/hot. The was just ok. The pizza sauce was a little too sweet for me, and they could've left it in the oven 5/10 mins. The restaurant was packed, and calls were steady coming in at closing time so the place is definitely booming with business.
