We have ordered Lucano's several times because our son likes their thin pizza. Crust is too thin, sauce and ingredients are used sparingly, and expensive for bland pizza . Their large pizza would be considered a medium at another Pizzeria. Last month, we ordered a large thin, mushroom and black olive pizza. They informed us that the pizza would be ready in 40 minutes. I tell my wife, ''That's a long time for a thin, they must be really busy for a Friday night.'' We walk in, pick up the pizza and drive away. Pizza is cold and dried up. Barely any mushrooms and black olives. The ingredients were mostly in the middle. Only crust and sauce around the edges...barely any cheese or any ingredients. Instead of returning to complain on why they would tell us the wait time was 40 minutes( when in truth the pizza was made much earlier, which made the pizza cold and dried up), we took it home and decided to never order Lucano's ever again. Our son can go to pick up Lucano's if he wants from now on. Too many Pizzeria's in the area that are cheaper and better tasting!

This used to be one of our favorites. But, since their renovation, they changed their thin crust recipe. It's not thin anymore, different sauce, and was bland with less seasoning. We probably won't be back as we loved their previous thin crust.

Was super excited to get Lucanos today since they have been closed for a few weeks. Sadly it did not hit the spot. Wanted to get the chicken Cesar wrap but they discontinued it. So looking at the menu I decided to go with a burger and fries. ?♀️ Although the picture shows the burger with fries the actual burger does not come with fries. So I spent $12 for a burger w/everything and fries. which listed everything as “ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & grilled onions” but it actually came with no lettuce, no tomatoes, and chunks of raw onion. Definitely not worth the money.

After supporting this Buisness for years, today I was very disappointed. First not offering a full menu and also not honoring their coupons that clearly state on their website to mention the coupon and then show it when picking up your order. Informing me that the coupon is only excepted if you show a printed copy. The owner better get it together if you ask me. ?

As a long time customer of over a decade, I made a mistake and ordered baked mostaccoli instead of my normal pizza. What a mistake. I can pour tomato sauce over pasta and it would have more flavor. I can't even start to explain how tasteless that was. I will continue to buy pizza but never order the pasta dishes. You should really be ashamed of what you call a baked mostaccoli. Maybe time to find a new place to order from because your renovations didn't help the food.

Idk if or why there would be correlation, but ever since the remodel was finished, the pizza slices are half the size they were before they closed. Also, no longer selling slices after 5pm?? W H Y

We are long time Lucanos customers. We tried every pizza restaurant in Palos Heights and they were far and away the best. The crust was cracker thin and the toppings were cut nice and small so you got them in every bite. They recently reopened after renovations and the quality is much different and not at all as good as it was. The crust is thicker, the toppings are scattered in big chunks and the cheese stops about an inch and a half from the edge of the pizza. We tried it twice since they reopened in case the first was just an off night but now we will restart our evaluation of the other pizza restaurants in Palos Heights to find one we can enjoy. But the old Lucanos recipe will be hard to beat!

Ordered a Big Al’s Beef sandwich and a thin crust sausage pizza last night that were both excellent! The crust on the pizza was nice and crispy and the sausage was delicious. The Big Al’s beef sandwich with onions, sweet peppers and red sauce is my favorite!

I have ordered here before but today was different. First I think they forgot to add green peppers to my pizza so they threw them on top . Plus the sausage was differ too when I have ordered before they always gave a good amount and today they were skimpy on the sausage . I have a coupon on the phone that wasn’t accepted due to it not being printed to show owner but when you redeem it gives you a confirmation # . Idk if you guys switched something in the recipe but pizza tasted different from the last time I ordered . For now I’ll hold back from ordering from here
Our family loves this pizza, whenever we are in area we pick up a few to take back home to Indiana. Love their sausage. Also love their thin crust. Lastly try their mac and cheese it's gourmet.

I ordered the Sicilian pizza and I tell you what the crispy crust and that cheese ? delicious! Definitely ordering again. Keep up the good work!
