5 stars all around!! Food is off the chain, service was on point and the atmosphere is relaxing. Even finished it off with a fire horchata!! Other than the obnoxiously loud table next to us which is uncontrollable on their (the restaurants) end of course, i will definitely continue eating here.
It was my first time trying a Quesabirria. It was so delicious and it comes with a cup of consome which was also delish. Excellent flavor. I definitely recommend El Chaparro #2Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian tacos and burritosParking: The restaurant is located on a strip mall along with dry cleaner, bar, Chinese food, sandwich joint and bar, there is plenty of parking.

I had a torta dinner my first time dining here. It was absolutely delicious! Had to try the rice and beans first and they definitely set the tone for what was in store with the torta. Excellent taste. Their Jamaica was perfectly made as well. Will definitely be returning.
