It seems like several times a year the fit rec location strange brew is literally closed. I found it almost impossible to comprehend how, on a local college campus, you can't find 1-2 employees to literally make toast and some smoothies. Just close up and let somebody else take over that actually cares.

I got a smoothie when they switched over from tropical smoothie cafe, and it sucked. I tried today to give it another shot and my smoothie taste like frozen strawberries and water blended together. Probably the most bland smoothies I ever tried to drink.

Strange brew is a hidden gem!Their smoothies are top notch. The customer service is excellent. Whenever I need advice in choosing a smoothie to fit my needs, the employees are always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The only drawback, is that they are only open until 4 PM. I don't know the reasoning behind this. Do they think people don't drink smoothies or coffee after 4 PM? I think Starbucks has done pretty well with hours after 4 PM. Many times I have gone there after 4 PM, and then realized they were closed. That's why I can't give them five stars!

I’m usually happy with this place. I order there daily for my daughter for the camp and I always get myself some type of a breakfast. Normally would give it 5 stars because the food is really amazing, but they had a girl working there today and she was really really unpleasant. I asked her today how long it would take to do a Bananarama because I was rushing to work she told me five minutes. Took her over 15 minutes and when I told her I don’t want to rush her but I’m gonna be late for work she was really rude about it. She didn’t have any other customers in that time. I will not buy anything else there if I see her there. Really unpleasant today.
