I basically live here, I live in the neighborhood behind this restaurant so I’m always here. Great food, great atmosphere and the staff are always friendly! However boba heaven has attracted a bunch of undesirable people, who treat the parking lot like a car meet while showing off their mommy and daddy’s cars. First time at this place, I had a craving for Mexican food and wanted to try a new place in the area. I was looking for authentic taste and wanted a meal instead of just tacos. I ordered a Bistec Ranchero, which included 2 pieces of steak covered in a red Ranchero sauce. It includes rice and fried beans. The meat was pretty tasty, a little tougher than would have been desired, but overall, it had a good flavor. The place is very clean and orderly. Got a taco salad. $10 for a shell, hamburger meat, lettuce, a dollar of sour cream and a couple slices of unripe tomatoes. No shredded cheese and tomato should be ripe and bite size. Worse is that I had to spit out half the meat as I couldn't chew it. Very grissley. Uck. Not worth the price!! We got tacos too but they seemed ok. All the food was not very tasty either. Very disappointed. Now I know why my kids won't go there. Sorry ?
