Had a gathering of 10 people for a birthday and I was very pleased with the service and hospitality. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Downside was that the birthday individual didn't get any recognition by the staff.

My favorite Francesca's is this one. It's near me, a mere 5 minute drive. They will manManufacture whatever you want .... But not Angel hair. Please try it out.

My son’s grandma gave me and her son a $100 gift card to come here. We drove 30 min each way, and then realized we’d forgotten our online gift card. It was something that was in their system, so they could’ve easily looked it up, Because they looked it up for us once before. We obviously didn’t want to drive all the way home after they told us no, so we ate there. I was definitely not impressed by the food. I hate leaving bad reviews bc people are so negative. In this case, This entire decision of theirs was based off of greed if you ask me. We asked them if we can just pay, and then bring the gift card back tomorrow, and then get a refund when we present the gift card. They said, they would only do that if we paid cash, ran back to the house, and drove it all the way back that same day. They did zero to accommodate us, and it felt very rude. Luckily we are blessed enough to just throw out the gift card or give it away bc we are never coming back. On the positive side, we had a really nice waitress.

I wanted to love this place as I heard from close friends that this restaurant was great, but unfortunately it just wasn't. We got served the wrong dish, my dish had a strand of black hair in it, no refills on either our water or soda, and the seating is too close to each other. Im deeply disappointed.
