Ordered for delivery at 250 pm wanted delivered at 4 didn't arrive till almost 5pm ordered monkey bread bread sticks and point pizza bread sticks were cold and hard monkey bread raw and undercooked and point pizza barely warm for almost $50 this is outrageous only thing right temp was my side of ranch

The food and service is terrible here, my daughter ordered breadsticks and they came out extremely hard so I asked that they remake them, the staff member rolled her eyes and walked away. She never came back and was confused why I wanted the bread removed from my bill. This is the worst Monicals pizza I have ever stepped into.

We are big Monical's fans, but on this occasion, while our server was wonderful, the pizza was not. It was slow coming out, and many other tables were complaining as well. The pizza seemed undercooked. It just wasn't an enjoyable occasion at all.
It took 1 hour and 17 minutes to get to my house and the crust was very soggy. I won't be re-ordering!

The pizza is decent, and food came out fairly quickly. I ordered baked ravioli and it was so watery. I don't usually make reviews, but it was truly inedible. I think they are struggling with staffing at the moment, like many restaurants. My daughter and I shared 1 glass of water because no one checked on us or refilled our drinks. We weren't the only ones. Another couple grabbed their own boxes after waiting awhile to get checked on. The tables around us also didn't recieve refills on drinks. We also had to get our own boxes because no one was to be found. I would honesty give 1 star, but I know they can do better. This is the second time in several months we have come and the food and service haven't beet great.
