For the people wondering why everything is so trash. Jay pandya the owner of Boston market is not paying any of these people. He is a fraud. All of the food is store bought by the employees because no vendor will work with Boston market because jay pandya does not pay the vendors. The mashed potatoes are boxed mashed flakes, the chicken is old, and the sides are either frozen bag veggies or from a can. He also does not pay the rent for any of the locations nor does he pay the employees. And if he does pay the employees they work for free for months on end until he decides he wants to pay them. I am a previous manager at the Chicago location. We will not be receiving W2’s because he wasn’t reporting us to the government for our work. I am still owed 2 checks that he has refused to give me because I would not come in and work for free. No one is helping us. Not department of labor nor unemployment. I’m not sure how we will file taxes. If you do not believe this review search the name Jay pandya in google. He filed for bankruptcy a month ago. He refuses to pay his employees, vendors, and building owners. He owes millions in lawsuits. This isn’t his first ride around the rodeo. He is lawyered up and not care about our comments of taking him to court. So please be kind with the employees working here because it is not their fault. All of it is out of their control. All they can do is their best. We have families to feed and bills to take care of and this man used us. If anyone can help us or shine a bigger light on our situation it would be greatly appreciated

Boston Market is finally gone. I don't know who has taken over the name, but this is definitely not the same restaurant I started going to years back. Things started changing slowly at first; they dropped the stuffing as a side, changed the creamy mashed potatoes, changed the gravy, and now the chicken. It is absolutely flavorless. I would use Boston Market almost every week as a healthier option for those days I was unable, or didn't want to cook. Never again.

carry out order in advance for the day before Thanksgiving. I got there right on time but had to wait for 30 minutes to be helped only to be told they were out of everything I had ordered. I asked for a refund and was told it would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I have called back 4 times and each time I’m told they will try processing it again. It’s been 7 weeks and still no refund. This is over $60 out of my pocket with nothing in return. Worst customer service ever!

Save your time and money! We went to this place and the chicken was so dry and flavorless. The sides were all cold and bland. The rolls were stale. We took a few bites and had to leave! It was worse that prison food!

We found that lots of Boston Market locations are closed out so went to that one for one last time. There was no ppl eating and it was Saturday around noon. They are permanently out of stock on lots of food like cornbread, soup and others due to supply issues. We got two 1/2 rotisserie chicken meals with sides of mashed potatoes, corn, steamed veggies and garlic potatoes. Chicken was fresh but kinda dry.

Something is very wrong with this place. I ordered my dinner through Doordash. Definitely not like the other Boston markets. Chicken was so dry, it was almost powdery in my mouth. Zero seasoning. It was difficult to eat this meal after a long work day. Sad and disappointed. Mashed potatoes was tasty weird. It was sour for some reason. I usually love mashed potatoes and I ordered an extra one as side. Had to throw away both. Instead of corn bread, I got plain old bread roll. I don’t know who is running this place now, it’s definitely not a Boston market Franchise. Never knew these people could operate an independently owned restaurant under the branding of a chain restaurant. HORRIBLE!

I can't believe this place is still open barely. They should just close. The food was terrible today. No taste. Costco mashed potatoes taste better. Chicken had no taste or favor. The smallest roll ever has stale. Never going back.

If you have to eat here don't order online. Every item was replaced with whatever they had laying around. No notification was given that more than half the items ordered had been substituted for seemingly the closest item to the server. Also, we received stale rolls instead of cornbread. I can see why so many of these places closed.

Place online order, came in and waited nearly 2 hours just to find out most of my orders aren't available. However, the worst part I saw was the ladies behind the counter locked the front doors and leaving people such as children and the elderly outside in the cold which is unacceptable and disrespectful. People outside left confused as they were walking door to door wondering how to get in. Lady only opened the door just to grab pizza delivery. Another worker came in and asked why there are people outside. Lady responded saying "There is no food". Fortunately, worker who just came into work acknowledged the people freezing and decided to let them in and he apologized for locking them out.Leaving people out in the cold on Thanksgiving day is just purely rude and horrible.

Never seen anything like this before. I ordered a Two meat family meal. My order took 2 hours to be prepared. I had 3 items missing with no replacements. The staff looked like they were being tortured while working it was honestly hard to look at. I do not recommend this place.

They’re going to be a lot of disappointed people this Thanksgiving! The mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy are all different and taste. Disgusting.. If you can’t provide the same quality, then there’s no point in staying open. But I guess with all the stores closing reputation is a concern.

Hours are wrong! They say they close at 9. Came at 8, and it was already close.

Closed. Sign left on the door. Shame I liked the food

Always some reason that they're closed when they're not supposed to be.Came back a few days later. Closed before 4:00 PM.
