Such a clean place and the workers are phenomenal. My friend took me here and I didn’t know what to get and the nice worker assisted me and gave me a recommendation of what he thought I should get;and I loved it.This is the best sandwich shop I’ve ever been to.I went Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at around 4:00 PMParking: The parking is at the back and it’s just there, not the greatest parking, but it does the job.

It was quite a busy Saturday and i came to this location as it was closer than my normal go to jersey mikes. There wasnt a long line, only one person in front of me, but you could tell they were busy behind the counter.There was quite a long wait to order, get what you want and then pay. Most of the employees behind the counter kept looking at the tickets confused, you could tell they looked like a deer stuck in headlights. Suddenly a tall woman steps up gets the counter ready and starts pushing out these sandwiches. If it wasnt for her, i was about to step out of the line. I literally told her she was doing an amazing job.Im not sure if the others were new, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. Everyone was super nice, just need to have some more organization behind the counter.Jersey Mike's is still one of my fav sandwich places ?Parking: Very small lot behind the restaurantKid-friendliness: Kids running around, they also have kid meals.

This was a Grubhub+ order so I can't judge their ambiance though I haven't been into a Jersey Mike's yet that wasn't clean and inviting. The service and prices are always good and they use quality ingredients.My fiance went with her usual, the Club Sub (#8) and it was just as she expected. I had my favorite, the Original Italian (#13). Mike's Way with banana peppers. Yum!Vegetarian options: You can get a really good veggie sub depending on what you want on it.

I ordered for pick up a #7 and #13 giant subs. I asked for bell peppers, jalapeños and extra lettuce. As you can see, there’s barely any lettuce, I don’t see any bell peppers and I see one jalapeño. Very upsetting because I spent $38.07 on it and I expected way more than this.Also, when I went inside to pick it up, there were 5 workers and none of them greeted me. Nor asked if I needed anything.

Clearly training a new person on the register. Not at all upsetting to me, but mistakes were made and the supervisor was a little bit annoying about it. Like when paying, I had a bag of chips and I said, yes, I would like chips and a drink also then when they handed me the sandwich they just stared at me and were like "ok, you can go now" and I'm like "uhm, can I get a cup please" and she's like "you didn't pay for a cup" and I'm just like "Well, I wanted a cup and I asked for a cup, not my fault if you didn't charge me"

I was told they were not making cold subs because staff got hurt and cut himself. Therefore I ordered a Philly cheese steak. After I ordered, a customer walked right in and ordered a cold cut sandwich. I then asked again why can’t I order a cold cut sandwich. The young lady then said yea ok you can. I then had to pay for another sandwich in which I originally wanted. Customer service was trash. I felt like I was wrong for even asking.. not coming back to this jersey mikes
