Mac’s is the best breakfast spot around ! Been going for years and years ! Amazing management and staff ! Today I stopped in and got 2 bagel sandwiches one with ham one with sausage and as always they were delicious ! The ham is Real ham off the bone no weird deli meat , it’s the best ham off the bone I’ve had anywhere . Food is always hot , fresh , and delicious ! Thank you Mac’s

Super fast and friendly service! Foods great too! I had the veggie skillet today. Eggs were perfect! I've had pancakes in previous visit and also really good. They're super busy so be prepared to wait for a table otherwise there the counter too! If you haven't tried them you must. Enjoy!

Our first time visiting Mac's and was so pleasantly surprised at the friendly welcome by the owner. The waitress was so nice and the food was GREAT! We will certainly be back when visiting Chicago. We give it a 10 plus rating!

This is a neighborhood restaurant that has the family feel. People walk in and they know their name. Regulars that frequent them possibly daily. Food was the fastest I've ever had at a restaurant. Almost like the cooks were psychic. Service made you feel at home. This just may be our new favorite spot to go. Also, hash browns were sooo good!

We are from out of town, and we always like to try new places. I personally am not a breakfast person, but this was hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. I had the Eggs Florentine, and loved every single bite! My son had the pancakes and they are huge! If we are ever up this way again, we will be back! So awesome, and I absolutely dug the vibe of the place!! The staff was amazing!

I have eatin breakfast everywhere in the area. Not once ..but many times. Macs beats them all..What makes it better. Is that the food is hot off the grill made to order. I get cold pancakes. Comd bacon. Luke warm potatoes at a lot of local places. The best ham off the bone. Very good bacon and potatoes. Very good coffee. And the service is very good and on the spot..I had it all. The pancakes. French toast..All a cut above. It is only missing atmosphere and parking. Which keep it from being a 5 star spot. You will not be dissapointed at Macs !!
