For the love of everything that is good please do NOT change your sourcing or your recipes. Every dish was perfection. We drove all the way from Elgin and will continue to do so. The food and service are exceptional.Parking: Parking is located in a public space under the restaurant.

Every aspect of our meal here was 100%.Due to serious food allergies we phoned the restaurant prior to deciding to eat there. The gentleman who answered the phone immediately told us only a few items would be unsafe and that we would find plenty of options to choose from.We found the atmosphere very nice and the service outstanding.Anu, our waiter made recommendations based on each person's preferences and he was right on target. The food was delicious. We ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees and everything was flavorful and tasty. In addition to our waiter the other two gentlemen working there were knowledgeable, friendly and kind.We brought home enough food for several more meals which is great-no need to cook tomorrow, lol.We are all looking forward to returning and trying other dishes.

Place has a nice atmosphere and service is decent. Friendly staff as well. Paneer 65, mango lassi, chicken tikka masala were all delicious and butter naan were perfect as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had high hopes from this Indian restaurant, when I convinced my family to drive 30 mins to have lunch there. Unfortunately all dishes lacked the spices that makes Indian food what it is. Butter chicken was artificial "red" in color. Why do they need to add food colors? Why do they add so much sweet and cream? Chef cream and sugar has no place in authentic fishes like Biryani, chicken curry, Chans spinach.Location and service were fine. But that's about it. The average rating of 4.6 makes no sense.

This is a great Indian restaurant.Their service and food was really good.We were visiting Chicago and wanted to try Indian food.We liked their food and service so much that we ended up having dinner from there for the rest of our stay too.Their Dosas, fried rice, chilli chicken and Chicken biriyani was really good. The restaurant is located in a really nice area and has wonderful ambience. We will definitely recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved the Dosa and mango lassi

This restaurant was amazing! The rice is cooked really well. We got the Gobi Pepper Fry for an appetizer. The cauliflower was soft but crunchy; yum! We got the butter chicken & goat curry (not pictured) for entrees. They both came with rice. We got a side of garlic naan. The prices are good for the food! It’s VERY filling. We came hungry, and agreed we probably could have skipped the appetizer & still been full! If you like Indian food, this is the place to be! Also they play fun music (at one point The Shire theme came on…can’t NOT love that!!). We went at 5:30p on a Friday and were the only ones there, but within the hour almost all the spots were filled. We passed by around 9p after a movie and it was PACKED.

Nice atmosphere and byob but food and service were lacking. Service was not the fault of the server, but they only had one person hosting and serving on a Friday night in a full place so everything was very slow. Food was very bland (which I didn’t think was possible for Indian) and not made spicy enough when asked for extra. I see why it had good reviews; atmosphere is nice and I imagine service would be fine if there was enough staff, and perhaps for those who don’t eat Indian food much and don’t like spice, it would be fine.

You have got to try them !! I live in Dallas but come visit the area at least once a month and make it point to eat here. Whether it’s North or South Indian that you crave, they have an extensive menu that will take care of your palate.

Dining at this restaurant was a delightful experience! The dishes were exceptionally flavorful and had a wonderful, light feeling that set them apart from other establishments. It's refreshing to enjoy food that tastes amazing without the heaviness often associated with the use of baking soda in rice or ajinomoto. Kudos to the chef, would love to meet personal and appreciate. Me and my husband visited many restaurants around Chicago but could find this taste anywhere. This place is a hidden gem. Packing and delivery is also extremely good.Additionally, the service deserves a special mention for their attentive and friendly approach, enhancing the overall dining pleasure. We visited here thrice, we thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. Must try Tawa Fish fry, Sezchwan chicken Fried rice, Chettinad mutton curry, garlic Naan / parota, shahi tukda.
