This large location is bigger than any of the free standing locations I've ever been to. You order at a tablet near the entrance or from a human at the counter.On my first visit I got a deli ham sandwich that had all quality ingredients. If you can't tell, I really needed the coffee that morning.The very sweet and helpful lady at the kiosk merits five stars on her own and single handedly lifted the entire experience up to three stars.

Jazmin is such a scammer! She charged me full price for sandwich and soup but I told her I was ordering "duo". I realized it after I finished my soup and walked to her to ask about the mistake. She got defensive and started screaming at me that I never ordered their duo. Honestly, I'll never be back. What a rude person. It was only $3 difference, she won't be able to put that money in her pocket anyway. What difference would it make for her to fix this problem, but instead she started yelling at me super loud and grabbing the receipt from my hands. Zero stars for customer services skills.

This location is very clean I been getting my coffee every day from there but today the manager she was very rude and none professional (Archean) ones you learn how to respect people and treat them with kindness than you can have a manager position.
Great food option in the hospital. Fresh and Tasty. The staff is super nice and fast. Spacious seating options and clean. And great coffee and espresso drinks too.

There is a Panera BOOTH by the parkside building 1st Flr but they don't have anything other than grab & go items. The Panera you might be looking for is near the main entrance with the curved hallway, in front of the flower shop and gift shop .
