This Starbucks customer service was absolutely exemplary, The 2 Baristas known as "Turtle" and Jack W were far beyond expectations. My drink was brought to me quickly and efficiently. They made my drink with a smile. Truly a great Starbucks locations.

My husband just ordered a coffee from here. No stopper was placed on the lid, (for a to-go order, really!?) and half the coffee spilled out onto the bag while it was being delivered.Side note: He asked if I wanted a coffee when placing his order, but once I realized it was being delivered from one the PR locations, I respectfully declined (knowing the coffees always show up gross or half empty). About to drive my happy self to the new location in Niles where they provide outstanding costumer service and coffees.Maybe you all should take a field trip and take some notes! While there, please don't corrupt that location, or it's employees, to stoop down to your version of customer service. We need at least ONE quality Starbucks location around here.

I never write bad reviews, but I felt obligated after this. I have lived in park Ridge for 21 years now. I have gone to this Starbucks my whole life. Today has been the fifth time I have been racially profiled by either an employee or customer. Today it happened to be by an employee. I went to this starbucks this morning to get my morning coffee before work. While waiting by the mobile pickup counter, I was asked if I was “a delivery driver pickup up an order.” I simply responded “no.” The employee didn’t ask any of the 10 people who happened to be white, who were also waiting for their coffee if they were a “delivery driver.” It is not right that an employee gets to just single out the one Hispanic customer waiting for his coffee, and not ask the same question to everyone else. Like I said I never write bad reviews, but I had to after this happened several times. Do better, and please treat all customers equally. I Will be going to a different Starbucks from now on.

This location has such nice workers that always help me think of new drink ideas. Meghan Brown is a really good worker and truly cares about the customers and their needs. The store is always clean, decorative, and relatively spacious. I always order food and drinks from this location and never have a problem, and if I do have an issue, they address it right away without a problem. Reading the other reviews makes me very confused because these workers do their absolute best with the massive amount of people coming in everyday, I really appreciate the Park Ridge Starbucks Staff!!!

PLEASE SWEEP YOUR FLOORS!!! PLEASE, DO IT ONCE SO I CAN SIT I SIDE AND DRINK MY COFFEE WITHOUT GETTING DISGUSTED! This Starbucks is on Northwest Hwy in Park Ridge. Just saw lady sweeping crumbs from table to floor but nobody is cleaning floors. Outside I use my Clorox wet wipe to clean filthy tables.Your coffee cost almost twice more than it should, clean your stores for God’s sake
