Ate dinner here and will not be returning or recommending to anyone. When you first see the space it's very beautiful, hopes were high for a great meal but everything was down hill from there. Food was bland and ingredients didn't taste fresh. To me it seems like they are struggling and trying to cut corners to save on costs. I get it's not easy to own a restaurant, especially in and coming out of Covid but I'm not paying my hard earned $ for below average food and a staff who seemed to care less if I was there or not. Doubt this place lasts through the year unless a lot of changes take place...

Five friends enjoyed an early dinner which we all totally enjoyed. The food is excellent, atmosphere is lovely and comfortable. The staff is attentive but not pushy. It was our first experience but all of us want to come back to try more menu options.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with take out. My sister is gluten free and they gave her a gluten-filled pasta dish and weren’t able to inform her her until she was midway done with the meal. She got terribly sick. This needs to be addressed with the internal staff and they need to be educated on allergies.

we wont be back, hostess stand was a complete cluster at check in, food average, wine less than average , they were out of tea, they were out of the first two choices of wine we wanted and the 3rd one was served warm, server never checked on us when food arrived, we had no utensils, because he insisted on taking the ones we had after the appetizers, server was unhappy, we had to go looking for our own utensils, we could not get water refills , no one offered coffee or desert, lower garage parking was a group of 3 cars racing when we left, we felt very unsafe -no thank you ***the complimentary bread was a win ***

My experience was horrible, they completely ruined my Saturday night! We visited the restaurant to celebrate Valentine's day , my reservation was for 7:15, we were set right away, ordered drinks and 20 minutes later there were no drinks or server present to the table. At this point I went to ask the hostess if she can ask the server to come to the table because we had a movie starting in 30 min. He came to let us know that the drink I ordered is not available, but nobody bothers to let me know! We ordered food and notify him that we are on hurry he convinced me that the food will be out for 15-20 min.. sure thing the food came 40 min later. So basically we are sitting on an empty table for on hour, the side dish arrived , but not the main course. Right before I leave the food came out, really poor quality, no salt , just a waste of time and money !While we were waiting, the table next to us returned the oysters, I overheard the gentlemen saying that they are horrible.Shame of the manager who never shows up on the table, shame of the kitchen not been prepare for a busy weekend. This place needs to go!

My wife and I almost didn't go to Za Za's due to some of the recent mixed reviews; however, that would have been a big mistake. We had an excellent meal and outstanding service. Upon arrival, we were treated warmly. Our server, Sal, was perfectly attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was terrific, especially the swordfish special. It was a large portion and very flavorful. It was a lively crowd but not too noisy. We will definitely be back. Not sure if others caught them on an off night or they've stepped up their game, but this was a GREAT dinner.

This whole experience was horrible! We arrived at the restaurant at 7.15PM ordered a drinks and nothing came to the table until 7.45 PM when I went to ask the hostess for our server. He came to let me know that they are out of the wine I ordered! Seriously you couldn't comeback to let me know?! We ordered food and waited for it 1 hour!!! Meanwhile the couple next to us returned their oysters because they tasted horrible. When I finally get my dinner I didn't even want to eat anymore. They brought us a glass of wine on the house, but the manager doesn't even bother to come and check what is going on. We got our side dish 10 min before the main came and of course got cold Shame for the kitchen and management that wasn't prepared for Valentine's day weekend. Food is just fine , not worth it to give a second chance to this place! Yes, it was busy Saturday and all of the servings staff was really running, but that was a poor performance! This place don't belong to Park Ridge area! I

Reservation made for 8:15 didn't get a waiter or waitress till 8:35 8:40. Didn't get our food till 9:15 -9:20 place was completely empty when we left. Don't know what takes so long to make pasta and a steak?

Came out to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were a party of 6 and all I can say is it was terrible. We ordered appetizers and they were brought out after the main course. Of course we sent it back. The food was ok, very salty. The waiter had no clue what he was doing. Brings dessert with no plates. Does not ask if we want coffee. The cappuccino was awful, cold. Then they added 20% tip. Management is horrible. They don't even acknowledge you. Needless to say we won't be back

Worst restaurant experience ever! The food was awful, incorrectly prepared and we waited forever for service. We also ordered a bottle of wine from Santa Barbara, an Inception Pinot Noir. They brought me a wine from Oregon, an Inscription label. The labels looked similar so they thought they could fool us into believing we actually got the wine we ordered. Such a rip-off. We asked for the manager once we figured this out and an young lady showed up to the table. She told me she wasn't a manager and had only been working there for 3 days. What? No manager on duty-no one to help fix this issue. Do not go there unless you want to get lousy food and dishonest service.

Initially I was hesitant coming here for lunch, came here a couple of years ago and it wasn't that great. I'm glad we gave it another shot! We came in for lunch and we had an excellent time. Our waiter was very attentive & helpful We started off with bacon wrapped dates - perfectly cooked. Delicious and with the complimentary warm bread it was a great start. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay from Stags' region in Napa, and for $12 that is really good. My husband ordered the Spicy Chicken Tortellini, my young daughter had the cheese ravioli and I ordered the eggplant buratta appetizer as my main Sooo good! The eggplant was perfectly lightly breaded, on top of arugula with balls of burrata drizzled with balsamic / EVOO and chopped tomatoes - it was so good!! Husband's was spicy & creamy, kids ravioli was pretty good. Altogether, great spot, great menu, great quality for the price and looking forward to trying other items next time! Cheers!
