This place has just gone downhill. It used to be one of our favorites and close to home but both the service and the food quality have gone down so much I don't see us going back. For instance we ordered water and a tea and it was 20 minutes before that came and she was ready to take our order. Both of us were missing the potatoes and gravy and that was brought later after we mentioned it. The rolls were hard and cold as was my chicken. It just didn't use to be like this. I don't generally do bad reviews but it isn't the first time things have been wrong there and I just don't see us going back

I would give negative stars if i could. I ordered country fried steak hashbrowns and eggs over easy and wheat toast. The hashbrowns and country friedsteak was raw, not even warm and the eggs were rubber and the toast was rye not wheat. Worst food i have ever received. Could not eat anything on the plate.

I placed a to go order was greatly disappointed. Pekin has really gone down hill the past few years. I got the honey glazed chicken. One of the chicken breasts were so chewy I could not even stomach to eat it. I tried two different parts of it. Both were equally disappointing. I spent almost 20 dollars to have a few bites of some very chewy chicken. I didn't have an appetite after that so I didn't eat the rest of the food in fear it was just as gross as the chicken. I definitely will not be back to the Pekin location. Lastb two times have been a terrible experience.

Eggs under done, hash browns that would fit in your palm of your hand, even toast was different. person at check out didn't even ask how are breakfast was. We over herd that they had to run to store because they ran out of eggs. Left a good tip because waitress was very good. What a shame by management and Bob Evan's

Ordered Skillet breakfast. Wife ordered Eggs(medium), bacon (crispy), toast. Waitress came back said they were out of eggs. They had scrambled, or wait till they picked up some from Walmart. Waited. 20 min later our order came out. Eggs were very runny, bacon was under done. Sent back and order was corrected.
Will not be going back to this location “ under new management” needs to just close because the service we got today is worse then service you get from McDonald’s.We came in and asked for a table and clearly seen 4+ tables cleaned and cleared and was told sorry we are on sections and the only section open are the booths. But other people were seated to a table right before us. So yea garbage place and food def not the best we won’t return to that place or bob evans as it seems their okay with that type of treatment.

Went in for chicken and noodles and potato soup. Both the chicken noodles and the potato soup were very nasty so we returned it back for a refund. The manager then proceeded to tell us they threw out the two batches. Every one of the staff there did not look hygienic and well kept. We will never return and I would not recommend anyone ever going there.
