This establishment has to be one of my favorite places. But, here recently, the service has been iffy, but don't get me wrong yeah the food is amazing, but the only complaint I had was the service.Parking: There are always parking spaces, but there are some parts of the day where it is cram packed.Kid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu. And a great place to throw an event or just want to have a family dinner.

One star is honestly too high, honestly any review at all is difficult as there was nothing to review. We were seated immediately by a rude host who just threw our menus on the table without sparing a second glance. We then preceded to wait 20 min without a waiter even asking what we wanted to drink before we decided to leave. 20 min was however long enough to notice that each of the waiters took turns flirting and caring for the group of teenage boys who were seated behind us. The restaurant wasn't busy and if the waiters took just 10 min to do what they are paid to due maybe I wouldn't be so harsh. It was also very disheartening to watch as each waiter walked past our table to chat with the boys behind us, giving nice little side glares. I was also disgusted to find that the tables were sticky. I can't believe how poorly these waiters treat there customers. I will say that the Culver's near by has a very friendly staff and has pretty decent food and ice cream so I would suggest going there instead.
We came here with a group of 40 softball players/families after only a 45 minute notice. They accommodated us and brought out our orders extremely efficiently. Any issues with our orders were rectified right away!

I had ordered delivery through their own app and when it got here the drinks were missing and the food was ice cold, I then get to my cheese curd burger and there are 3 cheese curds. so I called and they told me there was nothing I could do and I won’t get a refund. How can they not refund money that went through their own system? That just doesn’t make sense

We sat at the bar during an off peak time.Service was good. The bartender made sure our waters stayed full and we got whatever we needed for our meal. The food came out hot and fresh. The wings actually had enough sauce as many of the other locations leave you asking for an extra cup of the sauce so you can dip your wings in it.
