I came on a Saturday night. There were only two cars ahead of me and the worker was rude when she took my order. If I asked for something, she would respond with “K”For example, can I make that a large… “K”My order was placed at 9:40 and did not get my meal until 9:55. Considering I just got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich basket, that was a LONG TIME! Please do something about this management

Set in drive up for 5 minutes to finally hear "we have a big order and then after another 5 minutes we get out of line and there is only one vehicle at the drive up windowDon't understand why they were not continuing to take orders. When we got around the building, they still did not have the next order taken. Worst wait time I have ever had anywhere. I believe someone needs to look at their process. Oh, I did forget to mention that there was also no one at the counter as we went around the building while leaving!!!
