The manager Robert is rude and should not be in charge of a store. They served me black burnt chicken that was old and refried. They refused to tell me the owners name or a real manager. They mocked me and refused to fix me new food or provide a refund because I ordered through the app. The workers are too busy sitting out back to make fresh food I guess!!!

I haven't been to KFC for years. I went to try the fill-up box. They were busy so the wait was expected. The nuggets were overcooked & hard.The fried chicken, fries, & biscuits were pretty good.

Went there on Friday drive thru was out of ice ranch honey butter took 15 minutes to get order live five minutes from there nuggets hard fries cold almost all of chicken not cooked enough called back Mgr wanted to know if I wanted a replacement later Dat said yes if it wasn't good was a restaurant Mgr for 30 years why didn't u go to close KFC to get some supplies that you needed

AVOID!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!!Went through drive through and was told our chicken would take 20 minutes. So we paid and came back 20 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. We were then told a fryer was down and they were out of breasts. No other explanation or apology was given. When we finally got our food an additional 30 minutes later the chicken was completely burnt and inedible. It went straight into the garbage. Waste of time & money! This place needs to close because they don’t care and anybody that has no problem serving chicken like that doesn’t need to be in the food industry at all!!!

Wow, has this place ever gone downhill...chicken was super small pieces and overcooked, corn tasted like it sat all day. Waited several minutes just to get silverware which had not been given with my order. Paid 4.00 for an individual side of cole slaw. This will be my last visit.
