This place 99.9% of the time is great. Food is great and the staff is great and friendly. We really like the grill you can pick out and get food cooked on. The only problems we ever had rarely are sauces not being added to our food that we picked out for the grilled food and one booth is way too close together to sit at in the left front corner (we didn't ask to switch because it was busy). Good is great. Priced great. Staff is friendly, polite, and always on top of things. Food is fresh, great selection. I truly love coming here.....the ONLY reason for 4 stars is I do wish they had a bit better selection on desserts, but aside from that amazing place to eat.

Where I live we have limited choices for Chinese food much less a good buffet. Mings fills the bill quite nicely. Food is tasty,served at proper temps and fresh. Service is professional and the atmosphere is busy but not loud.
