Stop telling customers their food is on the way when it’s not even ready. Waited 20 minutes after the “order is on its way” message… just to discover the employees forgot about it. I always order through the app and this same scenario happens all the time… my guess is they are trying to show corporate they’re completing orders in time…

This is how I received my fries today. Shared it with the drive thru attendant and didn’t get an apology. Made me not want to eat the rest of my food. Please check your food before serving or leaving. Feel disgusted right now and just wasted $12

Love coming here. I always go thru the stalls and order either from there or thru the app. Sonic is a bit on the expensive side, I don’t mind it. As long as I can get lunch/dinner items at 9:00am (work early so I’ve already had breakfast) I’m good! I especially enjoy the cheesesticks… The ladies that bring my food are always friendly.

The only reason I give this two stars is because the food was good. I ordered a Chicago dog minus relish and it took the person 5 minutes to answer that into the system and then still got it wrong. The person taking payment did not know how to run gift cards so they claimed the balance was zero on both gift cards. I paid in cash and then called both gift cards to find out there was actually plenty of balance on them. Next time just tell me you're unfamiliar with this system. I am patient to new people and know everyone has to learn but I need to be informed of this to be more understanding. You made it seem like it was my fault for giving you zero balance gift cards which of course did not happen.

Everything was okay. Person taking order was nice. But here's a thought maybe you should tell the customer before they completely order AND PAY that since they ordered chicken its an additional 5-7 minute wait?! Just a suggestion tho.

The corn dog my kid received was split open and looked like it was cooked too long. The double cheeseburger was delicious. You have to ask if you want mustard. Wait time was about the same as if they had been super busy even though they weren't. Atmosphere was fine. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.
