I just got subway for dinner tonight and they messed one order and did not make another sandwich the way I asked them too, I am very disappointed in my two sandwiches! I don’t know what to do!

My gf went in with valid coupons , the guy was rude to her! Says, WE ARENT DOING COUPONS NOW SYSTEMS BROKE!!! VERY HATEFUL NOT HAPPY!! WE EAT THERE ALL THE TIME, DOUBT WELL BE BACK PURE LAZINESS ON HIS PART!

I like going to Subway. The sandwich was delicious and good chips. The employees are always so nice and kind. They always make a good sandwich. Go and eat there on 8th street.

Their rebranding is a complete joke!! The meat wasn't sliced fresh, it was still old grey matter meat sitting in bins along with a very dirty prep table! ! Plus the restaurant was fithty! Not one clean table, spilled messes and garbage covered the floor! Disgusting.

Fantastic fast efficient service. I didn’t catch the sandwich artist’s name but he is a high school junior working hard and quickly. It’s always a turnoff at certain Subway locations when there are signs posted inside saying they will not take coupons, even when distributed through the local Sunday newspapers. However: there is a hack… if you want to use a coupon, order through the app and you can use the coupon code on the coupon. And yes, the hack did work at this location.Only one employee working, probably could have used two on the shift.

Subway coupons were mailed to my house. when I went to use them I was told they won't accept them & meal was twice as much as advertised.Totally false advertising!!! Never going to return

I wish I would have checked TripAdvisor out before ordering here on June 20. I ordered online – email receipt said to pick up at 4:10. I arrived at 4:10, went to the cash register – was totally ignored. Finally asked one of the sandwich makers if I was in the right place – she said I was and looked at the order/receipt laying on the counter confirming my name – dismayed to find my order not ready, I assumed at that point they would make my order. But, I stood there (with no explanation) as order after order was made for people arriving in-person or through the drive thru. Finally, one of the people in line asked them why they weren’t waiting on me since I had been standing there over ½ hour. At that point, they informed me their policy was not to make any online orders while there was any in-person or drive-thru orders – (even after I had arrived and was waiting to pick up the order??). In other words, I was stupid to make an online order because it would just be ignored. At that point, I was so upset, I was no longer hungry so I asked for my money back but, of course, they refused - since I had ordered online. I assumed ordering online would be less hassle – the ordering part was – but they just refused to process my order until no one else was in the store. No apology - they had a policy and they were sticking too it - online customers could go to hell. As I left, one of the “sandwich artists” wished me a good evening – I am a very easy-going person but it took all I had to keep from going ballistic. When I got back to my car, I found it was 4:35. I was treated like I somehow didn’t deserve being a customer. I even asked what I did wrong – they just looked at me like I was an idiot and repeated their policy. They just didn’t care - Too bad- so Sad. I filed a complaint on the Subwqy website - I received an email from the owner apologizing & refunding the money : "I understand that my staff’s behavior during your visit did not meet our or your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, myself and my team at this Subway® restaurant is sorry. We are dedicated to handcrafting our meals in a welcoming environment. I care very much about every customer concern. I am always looking for ways to improve the restaurant experience for my customers, so I shared your feedback with my team to prevent this from happening in the future. I have watched the surveillance of your visit and will use your experience as a training opportunity. I have issued a full refund to you and appreciate you taking the time to reach out and bring this to my attention. Thank you again for choosing Subway® and we look forward to seeing you soon." Makes me want to rush back - how about you? I had thought I might get a coupon or some other kind dispensation - Culver's did that when they messed up a pickup order. Luckily, they did at least give me my money back. I'd highly recommend taking your business elsewhere but if you decide to order from there and something goes wrong, God help you - because they won't!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would I went in yesterday 6/1 no employees in the store after 10 min finally got waited on employee acted like I was bothering him and then the lady who was working came in with a whole attitude I won’t return to this location I’ll go the extra mile to a different
