I ordered a 6 inch and a foot long. (Online order) got home and saw they completely messed up my order. What was supposed to be on the 6 inch was all on the footlong and everything that was supposed to be on the footlong was on the 6 inch. And yes, I double checked my online order just to make sure it wasn't my mistake, and no... absolutely ridiculous. We made it work though. Food was still good, but thank goodness I didn't give a tip online!

The staff made this visit for me. I don't know their names, but when I while I was there (about a total of 20 minutes) they had 3 difficult customers and maintained their politeness. It seemed people want their food but don't want to treat those making the food with patience and respect. Well, staff, I noticed you. You were a great team today.

I ordered from jimmy johns and and I got a sub, when I got my food my sub looked like a deformed penis. My sub was so utterly destroyed I just threw it away. The chips was fire tho

They seem to have done away with the full strips of chicken, also no Swiss cheese. Else wise, they still make a great sandwich with what they do have.
