the employees were absolutely rude to me and my friends ! We went to grab our shoes to leave, I said thank you have a good night and they are all standing there staring at me and didn’t say anything back. While we were finishing up our game they sat in a huddle and stared at us and gave us all dirty looks. Last time we will ever go there.

Bowled state tournament nothing but trouble with lanes one team member had their ball severely damaged was told they would not fix or replace it. When we complained about alleys was told just pray you'll get through it

Absolutely terrible everytime. Always rude, and upset they have to deal with customers. I came in tonight with a couple friends and it kind of looked like league was going on. The first and last few lanes were open. The lights were off and one one was using the lanes, but when i asked if there was open bowling, all i was said is nothings open. And looked at us with disgust. She didnt even explain why we couldnt bowl. I will not be coming back.

The bartender tonight was the worst I've ever seen, especially for a Friday night, I waited for at least 20 mins to get a beer, and NOT ONE WORD FROM HIM... AT THE WINDOW AND AT THE BAR. THEY'RE WERE ONLY LIKE A TOTAL OF 5 PEOPLE TOTAL INSIDE OF THE BAR AREA... STILL NEVER GOT A BEER OR DRINK... WE LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR GAME BECAUSE OF HIM...

I come in for league over the last several years and the food and service quality have been on a steady decline.This was the final straw.Overcharged for a single patty burger that I waited an hour and 45 minutes for.Single is like $9 and the double is like $11...I ordered twice basically because they forgot my order then didn't even send it out with the toppings I ordered.I was charged $11 for a single patty the size of McDonald's, no fries.I will not order again and this will likely be my last league as my vintage ball has been left with deep gouges from faulty machines... I come from far to enjoy an evening and time in and time out it's disappointment.I paid $15.41 ($2 tip) for a joke of a burger, a soda and 3 mustard packets.The upside was the kid was nice and "corrected" the issue.

I like bring my kids here because it doesn't cost much to play, but the food is OUTRAGEOUS!!! $6.80 for not even 6 cheese cubes....
The machines freeze up and my bowling ball disappearing and couldn't get it back to the register. I would say the costumer service sucks and the owner/manager has a bad attitude towards costumers. I would steer clear of sunset and go to strike town. They are a way better intimate bowling alley.. super friendly people..

We came in at 830 to bowl. Employee mad it very clear blowing was over at 11. Then Ridley ask how many games. We told him 2z he rolled his eyes and gave us our shoes. At 1000 pm he came to remind us they were done at 11. We were almost done. Never felt so rushed and unwelcome somewhere

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Went there with some friends on a Friday night to bowl, the younger person working the desk was super disrespectful when we asked why the price of three games of bowling came out to $65, told us to “cry about it”. Then my friend was looking a the day of the week specials the dude ripped the paper out of his hands. Will absolutely NEVER go back. We’ll go to plaza lanes in Washington instead.. way better priced and employees are actually respectful unlike sunset.
