Coffee was alright wasn't very strong. This place is very nice and looks good. Vibe was weird though nobody smiles at the counter very monotone kinda vibe. We were ordering coffee and everyone was just staring so that was also odd. Was ok

He always remembers me and is such a wonderful person. I can tell he enjoys his job and he always excels in delivering amazing customer service! I guess I am a coffee snob because no other coffee beans will do! Oh! And your Morton location also has given me the same kind of customer service! The lunch sandwiches are wonderful! You may have realized by now... I kind of love coffee! Similar to how bees love flowers. I sorta need it to survive! When I go on trips I like to find local coffee places and support small businesses. I did a search for local coffee places and discovered this adorable spot! It's set in Peoria Heights which would remind any Gilmore Girls fan of Stars Hollow. You can either go in through a side lower level entrance or through the front porch entrance, which is super cute! I immediately knew I'd like it because of the adorable signs everywhere. It smells wonderful and their staff is super friendly! They offer a lot of options for food and coffee. Both my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our drinks. He got regular iced coffee and I got the "Sugar Daddy" which is caramel and hazelnut flavored. The only the thing I'd want is for the flavors (including the coffee itself) to be a bit stronger, but that's really my only issue! If you're ever in the area, make sure to stop in here!

Terrible customer service. Stood in line for several minutes before they would take care of anyone. Kept yelling for customers to pickup their orders, not realizing they're most likely outside. Took care of two customers in front of me, even served their drinks, then ignored me. Three staff just seemed to be aimlessly doing nothing or very little at all. Also, on-site parking is for "Employees Only."
