This is a lovely venue with a welcoming and attentive staff. The new menu looks great and we were very happy with our choices. We ate early and had prompt and informed introduction to the menu. We will return again eagerly.

We ate a Fusion 45 and it was a great experience! I had the snapper that was cooked to perfection and my husband had the chicken that he raved about. Service from David was superb and drink options were plenty. We truly hope to see this restaurant succeed and we will be back!

Very nice place to go for the atmosphere. The food is honestly just not good. Food took a very long time and we were only 1 of 3 tables occupied. Waiter kept forgetting things and two of the three meals we ordered didn’t come with everything listed on the menu. I would go back for drinks only, skip the food. Also it is very overpriced for what you get.

This was our first visit to Fusion 45 since it changed hands. Sadly for them, it was a Saturday night and there was only one other table including our group of 4. One other group of 2 did come in. It was consequently very quiet in the restaurant and we enjoyed that as it allowed us to visit. The choice of music was also pleasing. The decor is also inviting. We were served promptly and ordered the mushroom appetizer in addition to the flatbread. Both were served hot and tasty. Our main course was the brisket meal x 2, the Moroccan lamb and the Ribeye Steak. All were hot and delicious. We are not sure why the restaurant has got a number of low reviews. All of our food was hot, plentiful and tasty. The only small suggestion I might have is for the "manager" who waited on us to take a small lead from his neighbor Hugh Higgins and maybe spend some time getting to know your customers and to promote the restaurant, etc. Otherwise, a very nice evening and we will definitely return. We sincerely hope the restaurant makes it.

Our first visit to Fusion 45 and we'll definitely go back. Good food (Lamb, Snapper, Squid Ink Pasta, and Seafood combination) were all delicious. Good wine at moderate price. Will have to try dessert next visit.

Cute place. Atmosphere is great. View is wonderful. Burgers and other sandwiches were good. The charcuterie board was not worth the money. Service was a little slow, but it was busy. Make sure to check your receipt. We were overcharged!

Amazing food. I had the burger and fries. Best fried pickles I’ve ever had. Beautiful views.

I liked this place better when it was Edge. The portions were small. Menu is very limited. I've always thought this place was crowded, when I heard they were renovating we hoped that wouldn't be an issue anymore. However, the seating was the same as it has always been and I felt like we might as well have been on a double date with the couple next to us. The lamb was cooked well just unimpressive. The cacio e Pepe was just a mess in my opinion, noodles looked like there was three different kinds of pasta.

A new restaurant in Peoria Heights and worth trying. Mushroom appetizer overloaded with prosciutto. Lamb entree excellent. Pork entree was way overcooked. We gently called this to our server's attention who quickly replaced it with a different menu item with no hassle at all. Wine list was very good but prices were high. Be aware of the up charge of 3.5% for using a credit card. Clearly stated but I disagree with the policy especially at this level of restaurant. I hope it succeeds.

This was our first time here, and it was Valentine's Day, so they were very busy. We had sort of an odd table right by the door, so it was quite the bustling place. This contributed to it being very noisy plus of the waiters shoes, or just short of being tap shoes and constantly made noise going back-and-forth to the bar! The food is very good, but was a little cold, but that's a tributable to the day. It was very busy. Way better than the previous restaurant was and prices a little more moderate. If you go try to be seated in the main dining room.

We were first time diners on Valentine's Day. The interior is terrific as was the service. Appetizers were wonderful. The entrees not so much. We ordered pasta with shrimp & Harmony chicken both of which were incredibly hot/spicy dishes. The hostess saw that we were not eating our food and inquired. She said they had a new menu and that the servers should tell customers about the spicy nature of the dishes (the menu does not include that information). She gave us a $20 off coupon for another visit, which we appreciated.

We had a great meal at American Fusion 45. We had the best steak we have had in a long time! The drinks were outstanding. The service and atmosphere were wonderful. We are recommending this restaurant to all of our friends. What a great little gem in Peoria Heights!

Great addition to Peoria Heights' growing list of excellent restaurants. Our party had the ribeye, the lamb chops, the squid ink pasta, and the brisket. Each dish was exceptional. The live music added to the energetic and fun atmosphere. Full bar and wine list offering a good selection of signature cocktails and wine by the bottle of by the glass. Cass did a fantastic job with service. I'm sure as a new restaurant staffing is a challenge but you won't know it. Great job everyone, we'll be back. Mickey and Jen Donarski

We had a wonderful meal at Fusion 45. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We sat in the bar area and chatted with the owner. Everyone was extremely nice. We will definitely be back again very soon.
