They need to learn basic customer service skills like greeting customers, providing utensils, not serving others who came in afterwards before others who were already there, providing reasonable updates one why the food is taking so dang long, putting more pep in your step when more people are there, apologizing for the hour+ long wait for some gumbo, etc. I have a lot of sympathy for being understaffed and give a lot of leeway to places for this, but daaaaaaamn this place is hands-down the worst service I’ve had in Springfield. I gave them two previous chances, and gave passes both times, but this last time makes it officially BAD. Do better, be better!

The table next to me waited an hour and a half for their food only for it to be COLD. Complains about being understaffed but Treats employees very poorly and don’t pay them on time. The food was EXTREMELY UNDERWHELMING. Both Owners have a history of being rude… WOULDN’T recommend unless you want to be overcharged for mediocre food.

The shrimp and grits... just perfect. I've never had grits so creamy, and the seasoning was bold, but not spicy. Also tried the gator bites, and the heading had tons of flavor! The folks behind the counter were super friendly and answered all of this beginner's questions with patience, honesty and grace. Can't wait to go back and try the "swamp thing" seasoning on the wings.

Found a gem here!!! Service was great from everyone, our server Jada was very friendly and helpful... my first time eating grits and it was a life changing experience! Anchors Away burger was hand patted in house and a beast. We tried a little bit of everything and it was AMAZING. Go there. Go there now.

I picked up a takeout order today. I ordered shrimp Po’ Boy, garlic fries and breaded lobster bites and everything I ordered hot and delicious. It was very good and I enjoyed every bite I had, and I will be back for more as soon as possible.

My boss recommended this place because they have fast service and they are close to work. Ordered a shrimp po boy and garlic mashed potatoes. When I picked up my order, they confirmed what I ordered. Got back to work and I have fries instead of mashed potatoes. The fries have good seasoning but are really greasy. And of course I have nothing to dip the fries in since I didn't order fries. They set the sandwich in the box at a tilt so all the toppings spilled onto the fries. Shrimp is a little overcooked, lettuce wilted, and the hoagie is terrible, not toasted at all, just a big hunk of bread, ratio is all off with like 4 or 5 small fried shrimp on this huge roll. Aioli has nice flavor. I called and complained about the mixup with not receiving the mashed potatoes and a man named James said he would make it right next time. This meal was bad enough that I'll take the loss and there will likely not be a next time.
