Went thru the drive thru at 7:05 pm on 11/4/23. Young lady taking my payment and handing me my food said nothing the entire time---literally not one word. No "thank you", "here's your card back", "can i get you anything else?"..... Nothing. She either needs retrained, reassigned to not interact with customers, or a different job entirely.

Pulled up ordered a small D. Coke, got to the window and was greeted by a very sweet employee who said she took care of it. Free drink served with a smile. Thank you! My pup passed away recently and this was such a great surprise when needed.

My order been messed up so many times! Last time i went they made me wait so long I LEFT FOOD I ALLREADY PAID FOR! Today i decided give em 1 more chance, messed order up, and then played games with my refund. Inly when i told em keep it and started leaving did my $ appear! And yea they got curssed out, lucky not slapped! You dont play w people $ when they are hungry!Wouldnt feed to my enimes dog! NASTY BUILDING AND STAFF

I ordered a French dip thru the drive thru. It’s was awful. The au jus was just a bowl full of burnt grease. You couldn’t eat it. The person who served this to me had to know it wasn’t right. You could smell it and the color wasn’t right. Sick of getting garbage in the drive thru
