Our pretzels are always fresh and the people working are always kind. I just think they need to have their case more filled and get more pretzels out because they always have a line waiting.

This place is more unreliable than Congress. The hours of operation does not exists, there’s nobody in the kiosk ever. Might as well just close it permanently

Whenever I go get a pretzel or a lemonade the staff are some of the friendliest people to talk to.

I have a craving for a nice large warm pretzel and a Gloria Jean's coffee from time to time and they never disappoint me.

This popular, franchised chain of pretzel shops -- Auntie Anne's -- found its nice place on the upper level in Northwoods mall a while ago, and it seems to be doing very well. No wonder! Their soft pretzels are hand-rolled, fresh-baked, brushed with real butter, and served hot. The one I ordered was called Original Pretzel -- it meant, that it was just a regular, plain, no-extras pretzel, that looked great and was delicious. The price of $4.59 (plus tax of $ 0.50) seemed a bit high, but that pretzel was totally worth it, believe me. The service was very attentive, polite and friendly, all the sanitation requirements were observed: the staff were wearing masks, there was a plastic safety divider at the check out, hand sanitizer was available on the counter, all the tables in the seating area were very properly distanced. Besides pretzels, this bakery also offers pretzel bites, pretzel dogs, various kinds of dips, desserts and cold drinks. Auntie Anne's pretzel shop is brightly decorated; and from my experience, it is also properly run and managed. Orders can be also done online, curbside pickup is available. Next time, I will try their famous lemonade. And will get another plain, i.e. Original Pretzel (340 calories), again. Or maybe, two of those. Thank you!

Great service, I come here everytime for unsalted sour cream and onion pretzels. Pretzels here are addicting.

My go to place for a hot pretzel. Kind of high in price, but there is no competition.
