Good food but the service is hit or miss. Occasionally, the service is quite slow, which is likely due to the kitchen staff rather than the wait staff, but the food is always delicious and very consistent.

We have been before and had good experiences in the past but went for a late Saturday lunch, not that busy but our server was inattentive not just to us, every table had empty drinks and just seemed to be waiting for a long time. Waitress poorly trained, spoke so softly and seemed to only be capable of one thing at a time. Bloody Mary's tasted like sweet BBQ, not being drank but server said nothing about it. Didn't even apologize when we complained also fries were soggy and greasy. Mediocre food, bad service

We waited 15 min before anyone even greeted us. Had to go to the bar to get our drinks, even with 5 servers/bar staff and limited guests. Tables who sat after us were served before we were even acknowledged. Food was bland and greasy, a turkey club should not be greasy. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years and this type of service will ruin a business. We will never be back nor will we recommend it to anyone.

I'm usually in here once a week, for years. Food and service is always great. They seem to be struggling with ventilation lately, I walk out smelling like I was dipped in old grease. Hopefully that is corrected quickly.

The owner was so nice when we visited a time ago! The walls were hand painted and it's lovely! We have returned a few more times and food is always a hit. Nachos are insane. I just tried the catfish and I didn't get to have much because my son killed it first. Friendly staff. Good environment for watching a game, having a drink or even having your family (kids) too. Thank you!

Brasky's isn't new to me. I've dined there a couple of times with friends. Because I've been there before, enjoyed the food & environment, I'd thought I would invite some friends here for my birthday. I walked in and it was a packed house and got the look of death! Yes, I'm a black female and everyone in there was white. I could feel the tension in the air. A waitress walks my direction, looked me straight in the face and didn't say can I help you or nothing! I stood there at the door waiting for someone to say something, the waitresses just kept walking by not saying anything. I made a very careful decision to sit with others at the bar. This has now turned into, let me see if anyone will offer to serve me. Nothing! They all looked like I didn't belong there. Well, you don't have to convince me because I decided to leave because racial tention is what I felt. I'm not the only black person that experienced this here and I will never go back to this place and I will tell my white and black friends about my experience. Bad customer service will kill your business for sure!!
