Horrible experience! We placed a carryout order, took it home to find we were missing most of our entrees, had to go all the way back for them (30 minute drive) just to get our mains and now our sides are just cold and gross. So dinner is completely ruined and we had to waste an extra hour going back to get them. They didn't do anything for the inconvenience, didn't offer new sides or anything.

Terrible customer service and generic frozen in a bag wings.2/29/24. Place is half emtpy, wait time, 35 minutes? Sat at bar, bartender was great and very overworked. Wings made me sick within 30 minutes of eating them.

Absolutely terrible as a take out option. Either the food is cold when you pick it up, or it's an extra 30 minutes on top of what they said it would be.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but everytime I order a pickup, I have to wait for atleast 20-30 mins beyond the scheduled pickup time and the food is cold most of the time.

We were in Peoria Illinois for railroad ? training and we were at a hotel within walking distance to this place the bartender was friendly and very informative about his drink menu and which one he thought was his best drink the wings were perfect as always the buffalo wings wings apt went out but the staff helped us with the discount anyway we come here 3 times a year now so we will be back
Good food but.. attention to detail. I was served wings that were ridiculously small and not even completely covered in sauce. My burger rocked!
