Normally when I come inside or to Burger King I get a great experience from the crew, well not so much great service on yesterday I went inside to order food it was very smoky as if it was a fire staff was busy making order the smoke began to gain stronger as a person with asthma i prompt open the doors so smoke can let out , 5 10 min went by an older lady comes out screaming who did this who did this , I raise my hand and told her why I did it she begin to raise her voice explaining I shouldn’t just do things it’s not my store and goes against city code ( safety) so I removed the chairs and stood by the door so that I can breathe as I’m sitting there she looks over at me and say oh yeah why you recording me , apt I’m getting upset wait is long it’s Smokey and now the service is being wack , i call for a manager she is the manger sadly to say I won’t be running there again she was very rude and other staff members also agreed her service was not good and offered a drink

Everybody that works here is lazy and does not care about customer satisfaction. All my food was undercooked and took 45 mins just to get it after sitting in the drive thru getting skipped then after 45 mins of me sitting there they decided to put a cone behind my car.I WOULDNT GO HERE IF THIS WAS THE LAST OPTION ON EARTH!! Nobody in here knows what they are doing UNBELIEVABLE

The staff was super friendly. They were busy so we waited a bit and they were apologetic but my family has worked in fast food so we understood. We had energetic children with us and they were pleasant with them offering the crowns. Which kept them busy for awhile. I probably won't be back because I live a couple hours away but if the opportunity comes up i will try to go back there.

Crummy service, bad attitudes. One girl just stopped and walked away in the middle of taking my order, so I had to repeat it when someone else came to take the order. Asked for iced coffee was told they didn't have any cuz they haven't made it. She didn't put it on my order. They forgot my hash browns.

Went there for lunch today, got 2 whopper Jr's, that were cold, lrg.onion rings that were so SOGGY, I threw them in the trash!!! They are ALWAYS SOGGY at this location!! DO NOT ORDER ONION RINGS AT THIS LOCATION!!! NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO COOK THEM at this location!!!!
