Greeted with a smile. Great location for when you're down checking out the artwork and stuff in downtown Peoria on the riverfront. I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of food that they're using. The picture is exactly the way you receive it. The volume for your money there is very reasonable.

Definitely tastes like they care about the food that comes out of that kitchen! Tasty, tasty....been wanted to eat here for quite some time, and I was hesitant because of its peculiar location. But man, it didn't disappoint one bit! Hidalgo is a must, and I usually stay way from ordering quesadillas. Wife had alpastor tacos. Yum yum! Truly hidden gem!

The food was excellent. I got there around 11:40 and they have a few sit down tables and those were all full as well as a long line waiting. The food was taken to go and was hot when I arrived back to work. They didn't waste anytime cranking out the food orders. I believe the owner was at the register and she was smiling and very friendly. Very sad I've gone without this restaurant for as long as I have. Will DEFINITELY be returning.
