Came here for my niece's birthday, and had a little bit of fun as a young adult. The games I feel like are a scam, it takes quite a bit of effort to get to at least 300 points and even then, there's not a lot of things you could get at that amount. But, the pizza was honestly really good. Highly recommend the spicy Hawaiian pizza (without jalapenos though). As little service as you get being here, it was great.

I do miss the anamatronic bears playing banjos, but the way the whole gaming area is run is fantastic! I can take my younger kiddo there, they have the most wonderful time, and I relive my youth at Showbiz Pizza! It's a great way to spend an hour having the best time with your family. If you haven't been for a while, take the time to take a kiddo and stop in. You won't regret it!

The extra charges for each topping were a bit much for a small pizza!!The grandkids had a great time playing games, riding the rides and seeing Chuck E Cheese!!Dietary restrictions: There was a Gluten-free pizza crust!! Nice choice

He has great sense of humor.This place even serves alcohol, great option when kids are playing games.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair access. Nice gentlemen working at door was in a wheelchair. We were chatting and he has such a great sense of humor. Made it better 4 me while I waited for everyone in our group decide what we were going to eat.Great 2 see they work with disabled workers. For that reason alone I would go back!

Did a small bday party for daughter on a weeknight for 2 hours. Service hostess was very good. Was on top of things throughout whole night and communicating what was coming next. Remodel the Peoria Location so less to do but updated arcade games and cleanliness was better than what it used to be. On a busy day, I feel like they lack arcade games but it worked out good for us on a slower night. Pizza was ok, but not like I remembered it from past. Over all we had a good time and would do it again. The party packages are definitely worth it for all the kiddos.

Over all my kids enjoyed their time, and that is at the end of the day what matters. Unfortunately moment we walked in we had an issue with the machine eating our money and once handing the manager the slip telling us to go to them for our refund she refused to give us our money back and only offered a time card after I had already ended up using my debit card to get the play cards it owned us. I didnt think we would have an issue getting our cash back from them before using my card to make the purchase. So we were out 50$ and got a time card back only supporting half of what we even lost to the machine. She just seemed very unwilling to work with us and as much as we wanted to call it and just go we decided to let our kids at least try to have a good first experience with what we remembered being a very magical place when we were kids but of course something eles had to happen. The first 3 games we attempted to play were broken and not working right with no out of order sign on them, so we ended up wasting points on broken games. We didn't even bother with complaining since the manager wasnt willing to do anything about their machine eating our cash. It definitely isn't what it used to, be and we were okay with that. It felt like the staff couldn't keep up with the amount of kids and work load that needed to be done mainting the place. We chose not to eat there due to tables not being cleaned and how the drink fountains looked. I do want to note that there was a few staff members who seemed to really be trying to damage control and even when it seemed overwhelming, they still put on a smile for the kids. I loved how they interacted with my kids. They smiled and engaged with not just mine but all the children around them. They knew how to handle the situations that played out before them, and these workers definitely deserve better. They deserve games that work, a clean environment and I really hope they get noticed for the extra mile they go to make the kids smile day in and day out.

Had a good time here. My son loved the visit. Of course, we didn't stay long enough. Was a great spot to kill some time for a bit while we waited for an appt. Great for birthdays. Came here for our friends birthday and even had a piñata too. Many tables, lots of games that are kept up. Chill packages. Pizzas are a little pricey but it is what it is. Great cheesy bread for sure. Good atmosphere with friendly employees! Thanks for a good time.

Oh my how this place has changed I haven't been here in a few years and when I tell you I was very disappointed what happened to all the games what happened to the tickets that the kids used to get. The atmosphere was so dull and the prices are so high now what happened to the band that used to be on stage and Chuck-E-Cheese looks like he's on crack he wasn't engaging with the kids dancing nothing I was truly disappointed what happened to Chuck e cheese it use to be the place to go I guess not anymore.

My daughter had a good time there. Kinda sad round one closed but this place isn't bad. Also, there is an episode from Mattpatt's food there on YouTube busting the myth of their recycled pizza. All the chunky cheese pizza looks like a mixed match jigsaw. The greeter in the wheel chair was a really nice guy. My daughter was also excited to see the mouse. She asked to go back. I think people need to stop make this about themselves and focus on their kids enjoyment
