We used Cracked Pepper Catering for our wedding in Peoria, IL. We couldn’t recommend them more! Our guests RAVED about the food. We had plated meals, both the chicken and steak were amazing. We also used Cracked Pepper for our wedding cake. It was everything we envisioned! I was able to have multiple calls with the baker to be sure we had all details stamped out. We went with their sheet cakes to serve our guests. Both the red velvet and lemon were delicious. Cracked pepper is responsive, organized and so easy to work with. We highly recommend them for your event.

While initially the price was a little higher than what we were planning to spend, what we got was sooooo much more. The food was out of this world and Joe's attention to detail was unmatched. If their food is half as good as their service it will be phenomenal. Long story, but I needed 6 dinners for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Yes tomorrow! I emailed and within 5 minutes my problem was solved. Marla is going to make sure our US Coasties are fed for Thanksgiving. I really appreciate the top notch level of service.

This review is for the location on Glen. Tried the restaurant out the other day for an early dinner with my aunties. Ordering is done from a posted menu when you arrive. Payment is made there as well, and you are given a restaurant pager for when your order is up. Also, there really isn't a dinner menu per se - just the same selections as lunch. The place is has a nice, open feeling with decent decor. The service was prompt and courteous, with our dinners delivered to the table because we were just about the only ones there. Portions were ample, however the food quality was only above average (chicken salad light and tasty, bbq brisket on the greasy side, beef stroganoff fairly heavy and bland). They don't have a liquor license yet. Will be back when they do and see how a beer or two affects my rating.
