We were staying at a neighboring hotel and got take out. I ordered online and there was no indication Of when I could pick up when or ordered so, I called and asked. I showed up 15 minutes earlier than.they told me to be there and my food was already ready. Had I showed up on time the food would've been junk. We got back to the hotel and found the hadn't included silverware for our salad, soup, or Mac and cheese. The spinach dip wasn't good at all. The only perk was the convenient location. I'm sorry that I tipped when I ordered.

so how do I rate service 4 but place a 1?the menu is mostly fried foods. the Chardonnay comes from a box... can't you even get a sterling from Walmart for five bucks?food last time I got salad was good. I left cause the lack of decent wine and no friendless options for BWW. oh well

I really think I should have ordered off the menu. But I chose the buffet. The pizza was not all that great with a small selection. It would have been nice with plan wings. The only good part was the salad. That is why I gave it two stars.Sorry, I should have taken a picture.

I placed an order for pick up to be ready at 8 o’clock, I arrived at 7:57 and was standing at the pick up counter for several minutes and then sat there until 8:07 when someone finally asked me if I had been helped . This person had previously seen me there as they had walked by several times as well as several other employees had walked by several times. I waited for 10 minutes for anyone to ask if I needed any help and I know my food was not fresh because i had been sitting there for 10 minutes, staring at it in the warmer , how long had it been there before I got there? very disappointing

The family and I came here for lunch and to watch some football. Pretty cool set up with the TVs in the bar area. Everything we had was fantastic. The boys loved their burgers. My daughter thought the wings were the best ever! My wife and I loved the nachos and the pizza. The pizza was by far my favorite. So many toppings and just the right amount of crunch with the crust. Service from Stephaney was top notch! We wanted for nothing. Thanks for a great lunch!

Went there today. I know it was humid outside but the tables inside were sooooo sticky it felt like syrup spilled all over them. Waitress was a bit on snarky side when we asked if they could clean them. Wonder why every table in Peoria didn't suffer same problem. Tenderloin was tough and cold and fries chewy. Maybe humidity problem????Anyway this IS the last time going here. Even water tasted funny.
