The bathrooms are unavailable, I have an 8 yr old with me that needed to use the restroom but it wasn't available.The employees were too busy talking to help me with payment methods as well as only accepting one tap instead of being able to finish the payment with another tap. And then were slightly rude when handing my daughter out donuts.. ?

Ordered some donuts from Dunkin this morning because I was craving a fresh, soft, delicious jelly donut. I bought a half-dozen of various kinds. It was so disappointing to put my fork through the donut only to realize it was tough and I nearly needed a knife to get through it. This Dunkin is spotty on quality.

The coffee was extremely watered down, like old coffee grounds were used.
Love the chai tea latte iced it's amazing and their stuffed ham and cheese croissant heavenly and can't forget the hash browns omg love the potent flavor of them, for a coffee spot I believe Dunkin has a good variety to choose from for
It's sad that they can mess your drink up and not fix it or replace it. I got told they won't fix it without charging me and they didn't offer to make a new one. The manager didn't make the drink right and customer service should of been let me remake that for you.

THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN. The lady who took my order via Drive thru was so rude and she was yelling continuously. She didn’t hear my order properly so I corrected her. She got so frustrated that she started yelling and said I am not saying properly what I want. When I asked her why are you shouting, she replied “Along with 4 other people, we all have severe headache and so I am shouting”. I said this is still not a way to communicate and you need to do a better job. She said even I have to do a better job which I didn’t even understand on what basis she said since she doesn’t even know me. I ended the conversation by saying thank you but I don’t think I need coffee from your store anymore. She said so rudely “thank you and bye”. I wish I would have recorded the way she was talking. It was horrible. She was literally barking at me. It didn’t bother me but this is surely not the way you treat people. If you are not feeling good, yelling at people is certainly not going to make it better.I read couple of reviews, many people have mentioned about that lady and the other staff working there. I hope Dunkin Donut takes this seriously and acts accordingly. This definitely puts Dunkin Donut’s name in a bad place. I have never experienced such behavior at Starbucks.

I highly recommend this location. I went here only because I had coupons. Once I got there the woman told me to read her the fine print. They were valid at ever other location with in a 30 minute drive. ? Honesty Inwas not in a good mood after that. The woman on the speaker at the drive threw made my day. She helped me pick a drink only knowing I wanted cold, blend and coffee. I answered 2 questions then picked turtle. It was the best drink that I have had in 10 years! A huge thank you goes out to her.
