I ordered the SW chicken bowl substitute kale for broccoli. When I got home it had broccoli instead. I had glanced inside thr bag and thought it was kale so I went on my way. This is actually the second time this has happened. If I can't expect better service than a McDonald's, why am I paying these prices?

Some very healthy options on the menu. You can choose items with animal protein or there are vegetarian and vegan options available. I chose the chimichurri pork, which is a large bowl of pork tenderloin with a variety of vegetables. The portion size is large and consists of five slices of pork tenderloin with broccoli, asparagus, carrots, beets, and potatoes. The chimichurri sauce comes on the side. You can pour it over the bowl or dip the bowl contents in the sauce. The pork is tender and flavorful and the vegetables are lightly roasted and tender. A delicious and healthy meal. Probably one of the healthiest places to eat in Peoria. The dining area and restrooms are very clean, which is always a good sign. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend EatandEvolve Bistro for a tasty and very healthy meal.

Limited menu but everything I have had been tasty. I wish there were more vegetarian options with the bowls. The strawberry ? banana ? Nutella crepe is delicious. I also like their chickpea curry.

Despite being labeled as a "healthy" restaurant, it's amusing that they fail to provide calorie information on their menu, a practice even McDonald's follows. The woman at the register lacked politeness and helpfulness. My choice, the breakfast bowl, proved to be a letdown with its unseasoned components: a seemingly boiled, bland potato, cold tomatoes, unappealing avocado, sautéed, slimy kale, limp and raw bacon, and a scanty portion of scrambled eggs. Surprisingly, not a hint of seasoning was present, and even the to-go plastic cutlery lacked salt or pepper packs. Consuming this lackluster and overpriced meal, which amounted to nearly $19 along with a bottle of water, left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. What a shame.

This was our first time trying the Eat and Evolve Bistro. It’s a cute little lunch restaurant with healthy food! My husband and I both got the taco bowl…it was tasty and I didn’t have any allergic reactions from the food! Highly recommend!
