We walk in the store and 2 kids “attack “ us selling raffle tickets for a football team. These were 2 of 3 kids the manager had at the store. She came to the entrance to give us change for the raffle ticket. After 10 min waiting 4 someone to take our order, I interrupted a young guy, who was helping the manager do inventory. ?‍♀️ the 2 females and the male couldn’t figure out what register to use and who to sign in. I ordered a “build your own. I asked if they were going to prepare sweet tea, the manager said no. I was standing waiting to be asked what ingredients I want on my sandwich. The guy gave me my 2 sandwiches, but never asked for what I wanted as ingredients. I asked what he put, he mentioned mustard and onions. I said I can’t eat those. He was gonna remove them, I said please prepare a new one, that one has mustard, that can’t be removed and the onions. He started preparing a new sandwich, and the other lady, not the manager, ask him what he was doing. I was still standing waiting for him to ask me for my ingredients. I did not hear what she had to say, but she was complaining. This second lady, was preparing other clients sandwiches, putting them in the toaster. Her hair was so long it kept getting caught in the bread while she was putting them in the toaster. This is so unsanitary. Also, the bathroom had no paper towels to dry your hands, and the soap dispenser didn’t have any soap either. Half of the tables had chairs on top of them so people would have to take them down if they wanted to sit to eat. This is some thing employees should do, not the customers. While we were eating, about four different customers and families came in. The lady at the register took too long to take their orders, that the family of seven that came in and the other family at four that came in just left. Both sandwiches were great but the attitude of the employees and the lack of attention to the store will not encourage us to go back again. We were planning on catering an event with sandwiches from the store but we prefer to go to Jasons deli to order these.

Every napkin container empty, towels in bathroom empty,almost all soda choices empty floor was filthy sandwich was ice cold in middle when it was supposed to be warm. Absolutely disgusting inside

Literally took 35 minutes waiting for one sandwich and nobody else was in the shop, or even came in, while I waited. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, I was sent away earlier today because it would be 45 minutes waiting. Will never be back. Any other sandwich shop gets you in and out, even when they're slammed.

Really an excellent sandwich! When we drive down to see family we make it a point to stop here because we love it so much.

Let me place an online pickup order and after 30 min I arrive and they state they are out of turkey and would have to substitute. They also had no recollection of the amount of items I ordered further showing how they will mess your order up aswell

Always very friendly people that work there and owner is terrific as well. Would gladly tell anyone and everyone to stop by and try their delicious subs!

Ordered food last night sandwiches were cold(hot sandwiches)order was not ready when it was supposed to be. Ordered a grilled cheese kids meal the bread was not toasted and Sandwich was cold also was supposed to have a brownie. There was not one when I called the store to ask them they said we were out and didn’t know what to do so we just didn’t put anything in there asked to speak to a manager said they weren’t available. Worst customer service I have ever had employee had no clue of what he was doing.

I'm upset that I ordered a desert bundle with my food for Me my wife and kids. I got all of my order but the desert bundle from Peoria on sterling and I can't even get them to answer the phone and I live in pekin. So probably won't be coming back here since they don't wanna read the order on a $15 dollar desert bundle

Visiting from out of town and staying at a local hotel. Had a small issue with one of my items and I gotta say -- the manager here is amazing and deserves a raise. She's really working hard to get the new staff trained well.

One of the bettest sub places and they donate to first responders.. I think I have 4 of their buckets at home ?.. they have a really good rewards program too, you get a free 6" for your birthday ?..I got at least every other month

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and there were only two other groups ahead of us, but soon got busy after placing our order. There were only 3 workers during this time. The woman running the register was very friendly and stayed moving the whole time between putting bread into the toaster, answering questions from the guy making the sandwiches (I think he was new) and handling the register. Props to her for remaining personable during a lunch rush while training a new employee.I got the Italian and it was delicious. It never disappoints. Next time I'm trying the Mac and cheese instead of chips.

Was hesitant to come here cause of the reviews of them ignoring customers. Ordered for pickup anyways. Came in, got ignored lol. Stood by the pickup rack and finally asked if the unlabeled bag was mine, black dude with headphones in ignored me. I asked again louder and he looked at me, then looked back down at another order he was making without saying anything.. I should've just listened to the reviews and went with something else. I opened the unlabeled bag and it was my sandwich so I left with it.
