Very nice airport! Free parking! American, United and Allegiant fly out of here! However Delta Airlines doesn’t, now I know that has nothing to do with the airport itself but they suspended service in 2020

Parking is always full. They have a permanent " Main Lot Full" sign posted all the time. The additional parking is full. The only parking usually available is for employees.

Took forever for luggage to arrive to baggage claim. Very disappointed that my carryon bag had to put under the plane and had a huge delay to pick it up. Had friends waiting in their car. Poor service

I had not been in this airport for several years. Very nice, clean restrooms, nice places for eating. Employees friendly and helpful.

Small well organized airport. Security was a breeze. Efficient and speedy process. Things ran smoothly from front door to boarding. All in all a good experience. Easy to maneuver around and plenty of signage.

With a 5:18am flight, the American counter was understaffed. While waiting in line, we heard last call for checked bags. The kiosk doesn’t print bag tags, so we were unable to check our bag, so they had to reroute our entire flight because noone was on staff that could override the bag tag system. Just ridiculous that holiday staff scheduling was not adequate.Thanks for the delays and hassle PIA
