This location is on my way to work, and only about 3 minutes from my house. When I do online pickup orders or order inside the restaurant, service is pleasant and very quick. However, delivery consistently takes 40 minutes to an hour. They do not update the app when orders are out for delivery or delivered, so I started leaving instructions on my order to text or call my number when it’s delivered, which they also don’t do. Essentially I place an order and then have to check outside every few minutes until it shows up. They need to hire more delivery drivers or evaluate their delivery process, and updating tracking in the app like it’s designed to do would be really helpful.

I used to like this place but the cost has gotten high and outrageous for what actually gets put on the sandwich. Little to nothing. When it was cheaper, My sandwich was loaded. Think I'll opt for Subway from now on

Shout out to Joshua who made sandwiches fast and cut them exactly how I needed them! They were slammed because another location close to the Civic Center was closed, but totally accommodating and helpful!

Best JJ's ever - so fast and friendly. They even called me once to say they remade my order when my delivery was running behind. Also be patient with them and reasonable with your expectations!! They are providing sandwiches for an entire university worth of students around the noon hour. I always order before or after the lunch rush and receive my delicious sandwich quickly. Thank you for feeding my addiction, Main St JJ's Team!

I have always loved their sandwiches and now the dill pickle chips. However, the cookies don't taste good to me (it was a reward). If it wasn't for the cookie, I would have rated it 5 stars.

Ordered delivery to office for lunch and ended up waiting 2 hours for a delivery called multiple times. Was told it was out for delivery called back awhile later and was told that it still wasn’t out for delivery. Was told order was being remade and would be sent out. The office missed lunch and finally received order around 2 for a noonish delivery. Would recommend that if orders aren’t going to be timely to be made aware upfront. Manager said she wanted to make it right but never followed back up with me.

Placed an order took them 45 minutes to call and tell me I am 1 block from there delivery square. Now if you go to corporate it says they have a delivery radius. A radius is a circle not a square. The manager literally did nothing to sovle the issue. They took my money and 45 minutes later diceded they didn't want to deliver to my address. Every business next to them delivers to my address. I love Jimmy Jones food but now I have to reconsider ever ordering food from them again. Further more the south end is a predominantly black neighborhood. By refusing to deliver to address in this neighborhood even though it is within the radius is a racist policy. Whom ever decide to make this a policy should be dismissed at the very least demoted and reprimanded.

By far the absolute worst location. Bread is always hard, they skimp on the meat but will over load it with lettuce even when you request light lettuce …. They have the worst customer service. Workers are RUDE. During Covid a delivery guy added a $10 tip to my order even tho I had given him a cash tip && the ”manager” told me there was nothing she could do. I would never in my life visit this location again && I have not in at least a year!

They are extremely expensive and for a vegan I strongly not suggest.Vegetarian options: The number 6 is vegetarian, I am vegetarian, but I don't like cheese, avocado, or mayo. So basically nothing.
