Great sandwiches not the franchise to go if you’re living on a budget.i got 3 regular sandwiches with no drinks or chips and total amount was over $40 dollars for sandwiches!!

I usually order once a week, depending on how lazy I'm feeling lol. This location is the best one in my opinion. They've never made my order wrong, not even once. The people making the sandwiches pay proper attention to what you do and don't want on it, which is fantastic. Definitely a solid Jimmy John's and always the one I use!

High Prices - The staff was friendly and did a good job. However, this location is drastically overpriced. I ordered a meal deal with a chips and small drink and my total was $17.53. Sorry that’s outrageous. I realize inflation is kinda crazy, but this exact same meal across the river at different locations in Tazewell county is 5$ cheaper. I understand inflation and taxes are different in different communities but a 5$ difference on 1 meal less than 5 miles away. This is price gouging under the cover of inflation.

The worst Jimmy John's I've ever been too honestly. Spoke with a manager once and she told me it was my fault that the delivery driver didn't read my apartment number on the receipt on the bag and just chose a random apartment to drop it off at. She also told me it's not her fault her delivery driver wasn't trained but then proceeded to shame me for being upset of never getting my order. And we also received a sandwich that was requested with wheat bread but got whole grain with the nuts and all and then they don't specify that the tuna sandwich is actually a tuna salad sandwich with onions, but also don't give you the choice to take the onions off make it make sense.

Will not eat at Jimmy John's again the employees are rude. WAS ready to place order waiting for this black guy playing on his ph to take my order.Then says may I help you then with gin and a laf finally taking order. HERES THE KICKER was placing order for 3 sandwiches,drink go to pay he's says we don't expect $50.00 bills ok you lost business.The three sandwiches would been at least $50. Besides that's all I had. Guess thought the fifty bill was fake.GO back home try making better $50 bill.

Bad company Bad employer their for bad food my girlfriend works their and they will not pay her her check she has talked to her supervisors same excuse as dollar general when they committ payroll theft we are late on our mortgage will probably loose electricity I cannot work I have to start kemo soon corporate won't return her calls either now we will have to sell our car we will have to cancel all my kemo and use the money to pay down our bills this place talked her into leaving dollar general on the promise of more hours and pay after 2wks they gave her 200 and change but missed 100 something at DG she made that in 3 days and the hours are 3 hrs 4 days a week it will take 2 months to get a 1 week's pay at jjs now we will have to call and report to ppd for payroll theft and file with l and I we now expect what the law demands 1percent of each day late and time and a half like I said mangers are ignoring her and corporate won't return calls and it's hard to go into a corporate office when i have throat cancer on top of this my gf hit her side on a table it did stab her it ended up turning into shingles from the infection so she's been out and they won't give sick leave either and she has a doctor's note this company lies and if they don't pay her the mba she signed is null and void so she will be speaking out about the meat and dairy you get
