This is the first time, in a very long time, where the order was fast and correct. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. Give their staff a raise or never let them go.

This location is very inconsistent … the Thursday lunch crew does a good job in making sandwiches. Tonight’s evening shift was HEAVY on the sauces with very little lettuce, tomatoes and chicken for their wraps. They put enough Caesar dressing for three wraps. It’s disgusting! Our wraps looked smashed down and extremely thin.

Jimmy John's on N Orange Prairie Rd is a very cheerful and pleasant place to visit -- the building is new, the parking is spacious, the interior design and layout are modern and customer-friendly, bright decorations and signs add some good humor to the business-casual environment, and various seating options are available, despite the fact, that the restaurant is not large. There's also a small seating area outdoors, and the drive-thru service is convenient as well. The service at the indoors counter was attentive, cordial and friendly, without getting too familiar -- in my opinion, this is important. Also important is the fact, that this restaurant is sparkling clean! (Please, see the photos). I ordered my fave -- #1 Pepe Sandwich to go -- and it was ready quite fast. The total price came up to $8.39 (tax included), which may seem a bit high for a sandwich, but considering high prices for everything these days, and taking into account a high quality of all the sandwich ingredients, I won't complain about the price. This Jimmy John's is a quality place to enjoy quick, tasty food provided by fast, proper service, and I will be back again. Thank you!
