I had a horrible experience here on 12/24/23, and they refuse to make it right. Corporate and store managers ignore me. Today is 1/22/24. I've called about 8 times, and emailed 4 or 5. Worst customer service I've ever had at any resturant ever.

Under stafff at 3 different KFC (2) in Peoria and (1) in Morton,Il. None of them had chicken pot pies ready that is on their menu selection.

Haven't been here for over 2 years. Saw it was under new management, so I thought I'd try it again. Ordered on the app. Got here no mashed potatoes or cole slaw. You have to call customer service to get a refund. So went for green beans and Mac. It was suppose to be ready when I got here. So far it's been 30 minutes.
All KFC locations need shut down until they can get proper equipment, proper staff, more staff, to make better tasting food that's fresh.

Went to drive thru on Wednesday, October 25. It appeared there was only one gentleman doing everything. Cooking, preparing and taking orders. It wasn't the fastest, but under the circumstances, just wanted to point out he was calm, positive, and very nice to talk to. The man deserves a raise.

We placed an order in the app for pickup at 6:30pm. When we arrived two employees were standing outside and told us that they were closed. Normal business hours had them open until 11:00. I told them that I had ordered through the app and that the food was already paid for. The woman then said that it’s wasn’t her problem and that if I wanted a refund I could contact corporate. She was so rude, and just acted like we were inconveniencing her. The whole thing made no sense. We spent almost 45 minutes dealing with corporate on the phone before we got our refund. We will never order from any KFC in the Peoria area again.

Parking: Needs updating desperately. Incorrect orders, undercooked chicken.
