Wouldn’t feed this food to my dog. Steal was so burnt I put my fork in it to lift it and the whole plate lifted. Manager was extremely rude when came over to see it. Asked for a medium steak (which is supposed to have a little pink) mind had no pink and he stated that’s how their medium is cooked. Didn’t know they could make up their own temps for steak. Will never get my business again.

There was a wait for the dining room, so we chose to eat in the bar area. Bar area seemed very blah compared to dining room, no carryover of the theme beyween rooms. Service was great & food delivered quickly. We ordered seafood for our entrees & both seemed very one note and lacked any flavor.Dietary restrictions: Several gluten free options

This restaurant ruined my birthday. Our waitress was more concerned about everyone else other than us. I watched how she interacted with her other tables and she was way more attentive. She named off the specials and was bubbly. We didn’t know her name until after she took our order. Then we waited over an hour for our food. Now I very aware that it was busy and I’m also aware of how the kitchen works but when I see tables that came in after ours eat, play and leave before we got our food, I was very upset and when we asked why, the waitress was very rude and dry about it. Told us that we waited to order when we know that wasn’t true! When the food finally came, the steak was the most unseasoned steak I’ve ever had and my rice was cold. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Will not be back or recommend to anyone! Nanette I pray you learn how to treat every customer the same, REGARDLESS OF COLOR!!!!!

It was good the atmosphere with the fireplace warm and glowing was awesome. The entrees were hot and perfectly cooked. However the sides were bland and lacked adequate seasoning. The server was friendly,pleasant,and experienced. Loved the linen napkins, and the place settings. It was my birthday dinner with family and friends ane eating at the Lariat Steakhouse made it a very enjoyable birthday.Wheelchair accessibility: There was room between tables and no steps in the dining area.

We had a private room and it took the waitress forever to get us drinks and again forever to take our food order.Some of the food ordered was never brought out.They definitely need to train their employees about cross-contamination!! My plate was on a tray right next to a plate with my deathly shrimp allergy. When I questioned it for my safety the waitress serving food brushed me off. And then our waitress showed up and couldn't understand the problem.Others ordered same size steaks and all looked different sizes.Mushroom wine sauce over chicken didn't takes like it would ever be expected says a few people.Getting refills or new beverages was a challenge.We were very disappointed

Steak was over cooked (both mine and my husband’s), strange smell in the bar area and the bathroom was flooded ( I feel bad this happened to them on a busy night). Could not offer any substitute for someone with dairy intolerance for the baked potato toppings (I ended up using their horseradish sauce which was actually very good) and many things per the menu were cooked in butter. For the price and ruining a good steak, I will never voluntarily be back. On the positive side we had reserved a private room and it was great! Server ( 1 for 9 adults and 13kids) was great. Asked the parents if certain things were ok and even joked with the kids.Dietary restrictions: They are not able to offer to my knowledge any dairy substitute. Could offer gluten free though and that was stressed in the menu many times. Basically if you have other allergies or intolerances don’t go here.Kid-friendliness: Do not plan to take kids unless you have reserved one of their private rooms.

Not gonna say this is a terrible place but I won't go back Me and my boyfriend went on our anniversary and pretty much everything we ordered was not good at all our appetizer was so bland and when it came out was not the best looking either. My dinner was their signature seafood dish and the shrimp was very good and one scallop, the salmon and my tilapia was not good at all very mushy and no flavor to either. I could've made better tilapia at home then spend the 120$ we spent on our special night. My boyfriend got a giant steak that had no flavor and was so charred it wasn't good. I also got French onion soup and it looked like a Sewer when it came out to me. And was way too salty and sweet and sweet and not what I usually taste in that kind of soup. I hope yall can start making way better dishes with some spices or something. I'm not a chef or anything but I know how to cook and could've had a better night than we did. Service wasn't an issue either place looked cool inside and out. But the food I just can't see how and why it was so bad that day.
