Don't bother. They never have a driver and they take your money anyway and then tell you after you paid online e that they have no driver. Then they say they will refund you. I never received my refund yet and its been almost 2 months. Incapable crooked owners hiring ignorant and unintelligent managers. How pathetic and sad.

Ordered online at 7:20 PM 11/26, order promise time in an email was 7:50. Took almost two and a half hours to arrive with no notification of delay. By 9:40ish when it finally arrived, I’d started making other food assuming there was no way it was coming at that point. Called manager and after finally getting someone to answer the phone, was promised a refund to my credit card. That was a lie, as it’s been two weeks, and nothing. Spoke to a different manager several days ago and was told the person I talked to that Sunday was the district manager(!) and would call me to resolve. Have waited like five days for that call and nothing. Terrible service and constant broken promises, have never had an experience this bad with a restaurant.

Have great pizza love to go there when I get the money & in the mood for pizza. Love their Chocolate Brownie so delicious. Their limited time only chicken bacon pizzoli was very good hopefully they bring it back.
Best chain pizza you can get that is affordably priced. Love this place.

Manager here does not know how to speak to customers..would recommend firing but unforunately Im not in charge. However I will leave my opinion she is very rude and disrespectful. She speaks to people as if they are Stupid! So if the higher ups read this please do something about her. Otherwise someone else might let her know in a not so nice way!

First they updated their website to this barely navigable doomscroll, and now they discontinued their $6.99 online order deal. Bad enough they only get my order right half the time. I won't be eating here again. The employees do a good job and are always very polite, but cooperate just made everything go to hell.

Called in a delivery order, took 12 mins to order one pepperoni pizza. The person I spoke with sounded drunk or high. Claimed his name was Eric and that he is the manager. Then said he is his first day but still insisted on being the manager. Eventually I was hung up on so I’m not sure if the pizza is coming or not. Also very nervous that I gave that man my card information.

Fought with app for 15 min to place order, drive immediately to location and doors were locked; cashier looked up and screamed we're closed. I said I already placed an order and she screamed I cancelled it. Same person in all the other negative reviews. .....she enjoys cancelling orders and calling police dept. hope your franchise goes down in flames while you continue to employ such a toxic individual. Then Marcos pizza has the nerve to add me to their email list.......
