Yal need to go back to having one order taker. Cause your loosing more business having 2 than just having one. Went to drive thru to get breakfast not even 3 mins ago and we were getting out order taken and the girl kept putting stuff in we didn't ask for and then stopped answering us and didn't say anything back and 3 cars went from the other order taker and we were completely ignored so by time she came back to speaker to take out order we told her we didn't want anything . She kept saying sorry hold on a second and cars kept going by one by one casue she was taking there orders and not the other ones. The taking cash and taking orders thint is not working yal need to get a new system fyi that's why all the orders are always messed up. Horrible customer service. I used to work at McDonald's and it doesn't work. U can't give the customer your undivided attention. Take orders and cash someone out at the same time. That's how everything gets messed up. Very few people in this world can multitask. And I'm telling you the people yal hire at McDonald's half brain dead and fried kids def can't. Yal need a new system cause it ain't working. Gone to McDonald's my whole life literally and it is the worst experience I've ever had literally spend way more money at other places just because they have way better customer service and don't mess up every order like McDonald's does. Isn't a time I haven't gone to multiple McDonald's multiples locations and diff cities and states and they haven't messed up my order one way or another every time. Smh so done with McDonald's

Disgusting restrooms, disgusting sticky floors, watered down soda machine, disgusting sticky seats, disgusting filthy tables.Food will come out both covered in grease and be overdone and dry. Expect buns on burgers to be soaked in grease like a sponge.

Enjoyed my bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuit and coffee. The only suggestion I would make is to offer all coffee sizes for one dollar. It would be good for business and might compensate for the higher prices.

If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY from this McDonald’s. It is the worst. Worst service and worst attitude from the staff. We ordered three mobile orders hoping to pick them up all in once go. Instead we were met with condescending attitudes and the worst people I’ve ever been served by. The food took forever, tasted terrible, and was disrespected in the process. I’m not even sure how this place has 3 stars. I hope these people end up getting an attitude change. Again, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

This is why I am an electrical engineer and I swear to make these stupid “fast food” restaurants work better with a machine that can actually flip burgers. Waited for 20 minutes in drive thru as 4 cars got food behind me after I was asked to pull forward. No one came out and the door was locked. Screw this place wasting my money. What a joke. After reading other reviews I should have known better. Drive right by this place and go to the next one. Hot a$$ garbage. I can't review or rate the food. I never got it.

Their employees and managers are very ruined.Every time, I mean every time we order food it is wrong. This McDonald's needs to be shut down and replaced by another restaurant chain that cares about the customer service. I'm sure their food cost has to be out of this world because of all the mistakes they make. Last time I was there the manager and employees laughed at me. My family will never go there again.
