The system of not being "aware" of who gets to thst drive through first and serving 3 people before someone who was "first" is not very professional. Then to send the customer to wait in position 1 and just never come when you are going ahead and serving everyone else who come ...3 cars in 12 minutes.... is pretty darn "rude". Then to still NOT come to #1 position to bring the coffee.... and the customer having to get out of their car ...go to the window and ask for their coffee... well... THIS....was "our" experience this morning! Not nice at all. ?#badservice!!!!

The service here is horrible. I went here on multiple occasions for cookies and root beer and they made me park and wait for 15 minutes. Their machines are always broken. Save yourself some time and go to the Culver’s next door.

Enjoyed a quiet breakfast with little kids I was watching while older folks were visiting and enjoying their time there. Food was hot and fast. Lobby and dining area was newly remodeled. Will be back.

They did not care about inside customers. The lady on the speaker in the drive thru was rude. If I wasn't hungry and already waited inside for 10 mins with no service I would have left.

Food was fine. Didn’t receive my hashbrowns in my order and didn’t notice til I got home. Called to let them know I was coming in and was told they wouldn’t reserve the food for me because it was a waste if I didn’t come. Got to the store and the manager looked at the receipt and told me “I put hashbrowns in that bag!” I responded by saying I double checked and she shortly stated “I’m not going to argue!” And stormed off bringing back a bag of hashbrowns and slamming it on the counter. I asked for her name (not wearing a name tag) and she began ignoring me and refused to give me her name. She then walked off, ignoring me as I attempted to address her again.

I have had 3 terrible experiences with this establishment is the last month and will not be going back. The staff is unfriendly and the food quality is poor. My last visit I ordered a regular cheeseburger and when I got home there was no patty on my sandwich. Very grateful Culver's opened next door!
